Very bad service ! Half the time their planes aren’t working , poor customer service ! They really should close their doors

Flight delayed! They don’t have washroom in the Boarding room. Need to go through security check again if a person in the boarding room goes to washroom! Long waiting for food in the Chicken Delight!!! The tkt cost to fly-in communities is extremely costly! With the cost of one round trip for example to Island Lake, I can make 3-4 round trip to Toronto from Winnipeg!

Appalling airline. How Transport Canada allows this company to operate is beyond me. Riddled with copious mechanical issues and delays. The only thing consistent about this company, it’s consistently late!!

Pretty bad first time. Their port is messy. No bathroom past security. Staff seem uninterested and could be more helpful.I flew as a healthcare professional and mentioned it to the check in lady as I later found out we are supposed to receive some priority on our baggage. But she did not give me the same pink labels that I later found other staff had received for their baggage. She just proceeded to tell me to choose which one of my checked bags was most important and there were no guarantees for the other. I spent the rest of the time anxious about not having any clothes for an undefined amount of days and the issue it would cause to have to pick it up partway through my assignment.Then I get on and the planes not even half full by the time we take off! She let me sit there worried the entire time about my baggage when they weren't even close to capacity. I understand there's a process but some reassurance based in the reality of the current circumstances would be nice.Even knowing this. I don't even want to take the risk with these people and will pack lightly next time.I also showed up extremely early due to some of the things mentioned in other reviews but I found I was too cautious and it wasn't necessary. It only ended up making me spend more time worried about the baggage and sitting in that uncomfortable, unkempt lobby.

My wife is forced to fly with this airline for work twice a month. They're constantly leaving her one piece of luggage that's always under 50 pounds weight behind. They are very difficult to reach on the phone and have done this on average of once a month. She's traveling for work in remote communities and ends up stuck without her food and clothing each time. For a company reliant on the government contracts and service to these communities it is a poor representation of the government and the company. If she had another choice she'd never fly with this airline again.

As a musician, I was let down by Perimeter Aviation. Their failure to recognize the importance of modern transportation for musicians, specifically DJ equipment, added to the overall disappointment. Missing our performance in the First Nation communities was a significant setback, And a lack of notification about a check-in cutoff, And a random fee they couldn't explain until consulting a supervisor, Their outdated policies, coupled with poor customer service, led to a regrettable experience. I give them a disappointing 1 out of 5. Seek alternatives for hassle-free travel.

Manitoba's Airline to the North. Gotta' love Perimeter. Mostly Metroliner, but some Dash 8.

Ridiculous overage limits for people flying to the North. Ridiculous double dipping of overage fees. Disinterested and unhelpful employees. After 10 years, I’m still awaiting a good experience.
