Lee Cursons Chimney Sweeps

Lee was brilliant from beginning to end. Called me back on a bank holiday and asked relevant questions to assess the job. We agreed on a visit the following day (Easter Saturday). As promised, he remembered to text me prior to arrival so that I could meet him as the property which was temporarily empty prior to renovations. Both Lee and his assistant were pleasant and professional from the word go. There were 3 fireplaces to be swept and this was done efficiently and with very little mess. One of the fireplaces was full of soot and cleaned up well (although I would still recommend anyone wanting to do this to do it BEFORE decorating for obvious reasons). Lee was keen to share his wealth of knowledge and gave me great advice and explained the ins and outs of various solutions very clearly. I did not feel at anytime as if there was any hard sell for anything else, just good service and a passion for his trade.I really appreciated the professional, reliable and trustworthy approach and would highly recommend. Lee and his team are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Lee helped us out with some issues when we first moved into our home with blockages and testing and for our regular sweep - I love that we get reminders when we are due our check up and the reminders we receive on booking and the day before with our time window. Thoroughly recommend!

We have been using Lee, for several year now, for our annual Chimney Sweep and Service of our log burner. He is always professional, friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable in this area. We get a text reminder every year that the time is coming up for the sweep, which is a great help.
