Worst customer service experience ever! Staff grouchy and don't want to work. Travelled 17 km for product, after verifying store availability on HH website, only to be told it was blocked in and couldn't be accessed. Told to come back tomorrow. Store owner Chuck refused to meet with me about their rude staff. One actually, Janice, called me an a _ _ h _ _ _ in the back room not thinking I would hear, surprise!Please, please, please, do not patronize this location!

This place is small but has it all. The people working there are very knowledgeable and eager to help you. When I think of this place I think quality products at a good price with personalised attention. My latest experience: went to buy a range hood fan and the staff inmediately found the one I wanted. Brought it down from the upper shelve and carried for me to the register. What a difference from other places where you can't even find a worker and after waiting they tell you look aisle 26 or 28. This is a place to try. And they had the cheapest price in town.

Had what I needed but that's about it. Never been to a hardware store that makes you feel like your making them work........while at work nonetheless. The staff seems like they go out of their way to be unfriendly. Snappy and rude like I owe then my business.

Well stocked and tidy. Quite a few new none hardware items since I last visited. Prices are good and quality is usually good too. I got a great deal on a zero gravity chair on this visit. Always worth dropping in.

My brother in law and myself were installing a new dishwasher and found we were missing a couple of essential parts. So off to the hardware store we go, we got there 20 min before closing time. Not only was the staff very helpful but very knowledgeable about what we needed. Not once did we feel rushed and we were there until just after closing and we got everything we needed. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff...my wife is very happy.
