Unfortunately, this company and/or its affiliated technicians are operating a fraudulent operation. I paid $100 for an initial estimate and was quoted for parts for repair of dishwasher. When I tried to follow-up weeks later, no response from head office or technicians. Don’t risk any amount of money with this company. The incident is now being investigated by police.

Wonderful job! A courteous and professional technician arrived on time and fixed our stove fast. Explained the issue and gave us recommendations how to avoid problems in the future. The price was affordable too. Will definitely call the Appliance Alliance again if I have another problem with my appliances.

I found communication with the company was fast and easy .Very professional, knowledgeable agent responded to all of my questions. The service was provided on time. Technical was very respectful of my property and explanatory of the issues with my appliances.The company did have a stock of parts needed, which I found very helpful when needed to service something timely.Very recommend!

Very grateful for your service! Mike came within the allotted time slot, took a quick look at the fridge and had a diagnostic ready within about 10 minutes.Everything was explained clearly and the problem rectified ( my coils in the freezer were frozen over and not letting air to pass and cool the fridge compartment). Everything was defrosted and unclogged.Would recommend!

Mike is the best master ever! I called and answer was very fast. He came and check problem of my dryer for free. Next day he came with idea not only fix problem, but make it ten times cheaper and smarter then other companies I called. Thanks Mike
