We brought our honda crv in for a quote on some repairs. The technician was busy but took the time to explain his thoughts and how he was going to go through with the repair. We had been dealing with an electrical problem with our day time running lights and driver door power window. He quickly narrowed it down to the day time running light module. We were quoted by others for the same repair and told it needed to be replaced. He took it out and apart and fixed it. The power window was much of the same high cost to replace. Again found the faulty part and replaced it. He charged us two hours worth for the work. He took the time and fixed it. and in doing so saved us a lot of money.
