For anyone with fire insurance issues, NFA is an absolute must. We highly recommend NFA and their team of fire insurance adjusters. Following a devastating total-loss fire to our home, we retained NFA, who worked tirelessly on our behalf, navigating the complicated insurance claim process with our insurance company. Frank, Dax and his team were always there to take our calls and advocated for us every step of the way. NFA’s focus on service gave us confidence throughout the process. Tough to put it in words, but Kam and Frank went way above and beyond than I expected, in every possible way. They took all the stress away from going back and fourth with the insurance company. I won't talk about actual numbers, but they got me roughly 500% more than the insurance company first offered!!! Thank you very much guys!!!! I would highly recommend them for any large insurance claims.

I experienced significant water damages to my cottage due to a horrible roofing situation. I was referred to Frank from NFA Co. and was extremely happy with the prompt responses and care he had for our situation.Although we were unable to work with our insurance to recoup the funds he was able to hand us off to Lawyers. Navigating insurance companies while experiencing significant loss to your property is never easy and I am extremely happy we were able to work with Frank who supported us through each step and provided knowledgeable advice.

Excellent!! they resolved the 5 issues i had with my insurance company and broker. i did learn not to trust the broker, or insurance company they both work to limit what you recover. NFA is on your side, hire them, money well spent!!

Dealing with an insurance claim can be an extremely overwhelming process, after an already traumatic event in the loss of use of your home. The staff at NFA really took care of the situation for me keeping me informed of the process and options along the way. I got an outcome I'm happy with and their guidance and expertise was priceless at times for me. Their services paid for themselves in the end, I'd recommend them when dealing with a large home insurance claim like a fire.

Would highly recommend NFA and Frank Fini's services. After a fire, you have other things to do than battle insurance whose only goal is to pay you as little as possible for the damage. I was stubborn enough not to engage Frank and got into a tricky situation with the insurance. Frank provided guidance and support in a few panic moments, his knowledge and calm demeanour is invaluable. Never go through a fire insurance claim without someone on your side, like Frank and the team at NFA.

Frank was absolutely amazing helping us with our insurance claim after a flood in our condo building. I felt lost after the flood and I didn’t know where to get sound advice and support in terms of repairing our place through our personal insurance and our buildings.
