I really like the wide range of quality products but I really hate the service. I’ve been here several times during the past decade but these last few times have crossed the line. The employees would rather keep talking about drama and their weekend than serving a customer. I waiter over five minutes to get a simple piece of salmon because the man at the counter was talking about his date (or something like that) with another employee. Last time I went, I was checking out and the employee at the register complained about how much I smelled like perfume and how it was unpleasant for HER. I simply don’t like the staff and won’t be buying there anymore. I can get better service at IGA.

At least 50% of the time that I shop here there are no prices on most of the produce, and there is no staff around to ask. It's very frustrating to keep buying items with no pricing. I was also given quite a bit of attitude by the cashier when I informed her there were no prices on produce

Blond, tall, big, younge new superviser was yelling in front of all the customers because she was mad for some reason she could not handle her anger to the point the boss had to come and she left the cash and was replaced by another supervisor.She was rude and insulting and was not afraid of telling off her clients and making fun of them in front of all of all the people that work with her.The third supervisor stated as inwas leaving the grocery store, excuse me you know people are like that because of the virus that's going on". I told the supervisor that his workers should not fight or yell at people for no reason. I hope she doesnt become an example how to treat customers during these times.thank you for reading!"

I ordered a complete cold buffet for a baby shower i was hosting. The food was all so fresh and well prepared!! I would like to thank Lucie who took our order at the counter and everyone who helped serve us, even though we showed up later than expected for pick up.Very kind and helpful staff with great service!!

Okay, I'm not a fan of Metro to begin with. I find the prices are high just like the IGA but it's on my road when I passed there every day. So I grabbed myself a case of 30 pack of beer on special for 40, 29 or 99. Something like that with task came up to 48 for 30 cans of beer. It was just pretty good so they have good deals on beers and the chicken and they have a good meal. Preps but not much people talking English there. So good luck if you don't speak French..

Good place to go grocery shopping, workers are nice, the store is clean, and they have good prices. The bathroom was clean too!This store is accessible, the aisles are wide, the doors are automatic. If you do have mobility aids you might struggle alittle bit in the bathroom because its in a weird enclosed area.
