After visiting some other jewelers in the area, we were getting close to frustrated.That's when we walked into Ben Moss to be welcomed by Barbara.Barbara listened to us as we described the rings we'd like in size, style, and fit. She presented us with options, and was able to answer all of our questions immediately, and clearly. She was also very careful in confirming our orders, repeating them all while serving us with kindness. I was a customer with charm diamonds which merged with Ben moss just recently. But I had a great experience with both companies. The employee Quan was a fantastic helper. My ring was not sized properly and so he special ordered a new ring to replace it with. Appreciated him lots!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. my mom was accused that we swore at one of the employees there when my mom was on the phone with the manager in training! The person talking to us was unprofessional in my opinion and noticed she started raising her voice! saying my mom had received the new earrings and that there shouldn’t be any other problem, while my mom was trying to talk, she was cutting her off saying, she’s not trying to argue with her and that she should be pleased that the new earrings arrived, this is ridiculous! this isn’t acceptable as a customer. I would have given 0 stars if I could, never going back to this location!

I was slightly annoyed when I left with my mom. The woman that was helping me out decided it was her right to comment on my tattoos. I think if your in a professional setting making comments about where someone has a tattoo or how many they have is none of the business of the people working there. If I wasn’t with my mom purchasing something I would’ve left without getting anything.The other lady was pretty nice though.

Amazing staff who are friendly and not stuck up like other jewellery stores. They made me feel welcome and helped me find the perfect gift I was looking for. I highly recommend this location inside of Polo Park!
