In September I was suspended from my work for two weeks unpaid. I got a paycheque for $300 that would barely cover my mortgage payment with affinity credit union let alone buy food for me or my cats and pay my bills. I phoned the bank and asked for a stop 1 payment and they stopped the payment on my mortgage from September until March so I have missed 6-7 months of mortgage payments because the woman I spoke either didn’t listen to me or didn’t understand what I said or meant and now affinity credit union has foreclosed on me. I am losing my condo. I am now homeless looking for another place to live. Thank you for making this mistake costing me my home. I suggest that you hire people who speak and understand fluent English and listen to your clients needs clearly understand what they need
