Got a mani con Saturday and by Monday the shellac was already chipping.Everything started great but once the girl started the shellac application everything went down hill. They recommended the colour that I usually do (my regular saloon was fully booked), so I accept it. The application was awful, there were so many spots missing nail polish and the girl actually barely use some, very light application of the nail polish. After leaving I realized about how awful my nails look, and came back right away to get them fixed. They did but same result (even worse). By monday my nails were spoiled, Shellac is supposed to last at least 3 weeks, for me is about 1 month, and this time not even a week and my nails are ruined.

I've been going here every two weeks for the last 7 years to get my nails and pedicures done and I can't think of a better place. Mimi and the whole gang are welcoming, thoughtful, talented and always go above and beyond to give you what you need. The place itself is full of warmth and comforting. I always come home relaxed and with beautiful nails and toes!

No WOW factor presented at this location. Just like any other salons, results were acceptable. Not returning because of the high cost. Thank you.

Today was my first visit to this salon because I had a spur of the moment desire for a mani and pedi. Upon entering I was greeted immediately and only had to come back in a short while to which I spent shopping at the pet store across the way. Upon returning they welcomed me and remembered me even after only seeing me for a short minute earlier. It was reiterated to me what I’m getting to which made me feel valued. The environment and ladies who work and come in for treatments such a nice location. It’s a real pleasure coming here!!! I will come again. As for the outcome of my nails well that will just have to be a follow up as I’m currently enjoying my foot being massaged. Ta ta for now.

This place offered a price to my 93 year old Nana, then up sold her without her knowledge. She’s 93 years old for Christ’s sake, and this was straight up financial elder abuse as it was described to me. Shame on you.

She so mean since I came in she ask about money what ever I ask her she said she doesn’t know how to do it bad bad bad service and expensive

Went in as a walk in for a color change! The girl (Tyla - forgive me if I'm wrong) was fast and polite!

I have been going to Isabelle spa (along with my 4 daughters) for 8+ years and we love it!Service is wonderful and the staff is really lovely and accommodating. Everything is very clean on our appointments are always on time.We love coming here, is it a wonderful treat!!Highly recommend!

Did I get a bad day? I dunno. After reading the other reviews I wanted to give it a go. My experience wasn’t terrible but definitely wasn’t the best. I had to fix the length of my nails since none of them match and also buffed out many bumps and ridges. So I was annoyed after paying more than others I’ve been to to only have to go and finish the job myself.

I came in yesterday to get my nails done at first i thought it was a really nice place then it turned into a mess i asked for French tip acrylic nails and showed her a picture, she then said okay and started doing my nails she didn't file or push my cuticles, then the lady proceed to cut my tips without even asking how long i wanted it , i asked her if i could get it longer than that she was like for what that's a perfect length for french tip. She then started doing the filing and everything. After that she started putting the acrylic powder and shaping them into a coffin when I asked for a square. She then started drying them and putting the top coat on it, half of my nails were crooked . I asked her nicely if she could fix that then she started giving me attitude, i also asked for rhinestones at the beginning and then reminded her that I still wanted them and she said go wash your hands and then we'll do it. i said okay and then i got back and she started taking the top coat off and putting the rhinestones on which clearly looked like she forgot. I paid 63$ for her to put the tip nails and acrylic powder. Horrible place I do not recommend, not worth your money. Save your money and go to a better place.
