If I could give 0 star I would. This morning I visited the store and I just asked simple question about my accounts. Customer representative lady was rude, unpleasant and mentally disturbed. She didn’t even care and listened my question!! All she said was call the customer service. Really? Then why are you there standing with your disturbed attitude push the customers away? You need more education and manners lady! You don’t even deserve to be called lady… you are monster…

Store clerk didnt want to sell me 10$ prepaid sim card unless i paid 50$ activation fee even after i told her there is no activation fee to buy a prepaid sim card
