We used Griffin to bring about 25 of our employees to the Airport on New Year's Eve from multiple different residences. The coordinators were very easy to work with, and worked through multiple changes to names / addresses. The drivers were professional, good at communicating, on time and took care of our team.

I called griffin a while back to enquire about booking transport for our trip to Vancouver. Although we ended up changing plans and not booking their office workers (I spoke to Chris) were very friendly, happy and informative. Definitely using them next time we're in Canada!!

Wow, what an excellent transportation company! I was involved with this excellent company for a month. I found them to be super professional. They only used cars that were showroom perfect, their drivers were top shelf and their reservation/dispatch crew were superb. When you call, they pick up on the second ring or sooner. That's so awesome! I have been involved with companies in Miami, LA, San Diego, NYC and Boston. No other Limo Transportation company can touch them.Kudos to Griffin Transportation!!!

Sam (our driver) and the rest of Griffin Transportation provided our group of CEOs with top notch service. Communication throughout the booking was excellent, easy and accurate. Sam was always waiting for us and got us to all of our meetings on time. He knew Vancouver like the back of his hand and had memorized our itinerary and the addresses to perfection.These guys are great and would recommend them to anyone needing executive transportation throughout Vancouver.

Don't call this company at ALL. Who ever the person was on the phone doesn't speake english well. It's important to have someone that speaks english. So I called again and got a different person, this person was very arrogant. This is why you don't call big companies, they think they are better than other people.........

Highly recommend this company. We used their services to transport seven groups of 15 people to and from the Pan Pacific to Granville Island, rotating groups every 45 mins. What felt quite complicated to plan and communicate was made easy by the team at Griffin. I found their team to be fleixble, friendly, professional, prompt, and it made my life as the Event Coordinator very easy. Like I said, highly recommend.
