Porter Airlines

Big mistake flying Porter out of Pearson! T3. Bags not delivered for 3hrs at 11.30pm arrival flight. Porter people at counter are not helpful to resolve. They have no control over services in T3. As a avid business flyer this was my first flight with Porter. Can not rely on this airline for business or leisure. STAY AWAY!!Edited 2hrs later. I upgraded my 1 rating to a 2 star. Here is why. The actual flight and the service on the flight are first class. Pilot and cabin crew were fantastic. Very informative. Wine and beer and first class snacks on board. Their Reserve service looked excellent. But not first class seats like the big 5 I travel frequently. This was my first experience with Porter. I still stand by my original comments not to depend on reliable service. Heard about a cancel flight and how those passengers were treated on a earlier flight and again the ground crew staff were not trained and gave misinformation. Overall I will hold out to see if they at least respond. The ground crew at both ends left a lot to be desired. Video is a short clip of ground mgrs reaction to passengers. He ended up becoming combative instead of just using proper conflict resolution techniques.

Such a great little airport right in the city! Superb, helpful staff, nice little shops, great view of the CN Tower. Really speedy check-in and customs.

Billy Bishop airport is wonderfully small and takes a lot of the stress out of travel. There is a few small shops in the terminal with good coffee & Balzac's muffins! The location is amazing with easy access to downtown Toronto.

A budget airline that does act like a budget airline. The employees are professional and with it. The service was excellent, and the planes were clean and new.I have recommended Porter to friends and family and will continue to do so.

A very nice airline. It's mainly located at the Billy Bishop Airport, which is a bit out of the way if you don't live downtown but also is a joy to experience the view and the ferry ride!The two best parts of this airport is 1. The size, it's very small so you get through customs very quickly 2. The services included. There are free snacks and drinks (including alcohol and teas).Also a fun fact is everything is raccoon themed so there are some small touches which add a bit of fun.The airline was given 4/5 stars as there were many delays and not very much communication on the plans in response.

Porter is the best way to fly domestic when visiting Toronto. Why land at Person and spend $50 to get downtown - when you can land in the heart of downtown and walk to your hotel. Porter offers a quick and efficient check-in service – practically a fraction of the time of other airports. Plus, the ferry (boat) is a real treat for anyone visiting Toronto. It's a free boat ride; enjoy it!

We flew with porter from Edmonton to yyz and it was a great flight... the crew was friendly, fast check in. The seats were somewhat comfortable(2x2)...free wifi access, definitely sign up for the viporter site... great snacks on board... there was a glitch checking in my son online... called the customer service number and the issue was solved within minutes... I would definitely fly with Porter again.

This is the airport with the views. It's an experience in itself if you want to see Toronto in the air. Book a window seat on the left side of the plane and treat yourself with the best views of Toronto during landing and take off!

Small aircraft. But it could be scaring when it turbulences. Offering One snack and one alcohol drink during the flight. On time arrival. Convenient location in central Toronto.
