Happy to take my business elsewhere with staff who seem to only know brand names but not much else about the $300+ frames they have! I walked around the corner to find my sunglasses from a place that genuinely knew their stuff and seemed to value my support.

Honestly speaking. If you plan to buy glasses using your insurance, that's not a place you want to go( they do not have that kind of service). So, watch out!

The sunglasses come in a great selection of both brand names ad well as styles. I was patiently shown everything that interested me. The prices aren't for people looking for middle of the mall shades or gas station quality lol They're made for those that care about quality, feel and proper eye protection. All of which I now have and the experience was great. I even took the insurance which I never do.. but when you spend hundreds, you may as well insure them.

I would like to post some positive feedback about the manager at this location. Our family has purchased a few pairs of glasses here. The product is not cheap but you get what you pay for. My 16 year old son went in for a warranty issue and she did the right thing. No arguments, no long drawn out stories, no excuses. There is no reason why we will go anywhere else. Myra, good on you...

They have a great selection of sunglasses, and the sales staff are knowledgeable, polite, and patient. After I chose the pair I wanted, they even offered to order in a fresh pair so I wouldn’t have to wear the display model. Great experience.

They have some of the best customer service you can find. MYRA is fabulous. Everyone knows who she is because she always greets everyone with a smile and is incredibly helpful in the store. I highly recommend this place as they have a great return policy, and only hire incredibly staff.

The customer service representative at the Midtown plaza was exemplary (Raghad). She was knowledgeable and you could tell she cared about every customer that came in. I entered the store thinking I might purchase one pair of sunglasses and left with three plus one for my partner. She never tried to oversell and continually provided me with sound advice on both fashion/style and practicality. I just can't praise her customer service enough.
