One of the worst experiences ever. These guys never get back to you, you have to chase them literally for weeks to get a simple answer, they are never available. I would strongly discourage people who value their time and money and want to stay in their right mind from using their so called services.

Roxanna is nice, friendly, but took days, sometimes weeks, to get back to me with often no new information. My ex was lying & delaying, which I knew from the info he was spewing, yet over & over she did not listen and my case ended up a year longer than it should have. A year into my case she decided to cut back her work schedule & handed me off to another firm, causing me thousands more $$ while they played catch-up. I feel like if she’d only listened to me It would have been over so much sooner … instead it’s 2 1/2 years and counting
