I brought my commercial pressure washer for repair... the issue was no hot water... after approx a 700.00 dollar repair bill I brought it home... a 2 hour drive one way .. the first time I try to use it... the same issue.. no hot water... I brought it back...... after approx another. . 400.00 dollar bill I go to pick it up. I wanted to run it there.... but couldn't... because no technician was on hand... so I loaded it up..... brought it home. .. tried it again. .... no hot water...... I ended up fixing it myself..... I would Not even leave them try to fix a peddle bike... let alone a pressure washer...stay away from these guys.....

Refused to repair my come follow me Karcher pressure watcher . He said we only do big jobs. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for him to finish his personal phone call as know one else was there at the time, this was the manager.

Very nice facility.Pleasure to do business with them.

Terrible service, dont bother buying a Karcher Pressure washer from here. The new diesel ones are prone to failure and this dealer doesnt offer any warranty. Theres another Karcher dealer in Saskatoon that actually knows how to repair these machines.
