Glamorous Nails and Spa

Used to love going here but the last few times I have not been impressed, they rush your manicure and you are always seen late even if you have an appointment. I picked a colour and then when they were about to paint my nails realized it was empty so I had to pick a new colour which I felt rushed doing and ended up not picking what I actually wanted. All nails are different lengths and are not lasting. Disappointed. They also never asked if I wanted acrylic or gel and when I got to the cash told me they gave me gel nails and charged me $75 …

I’ve been here 4 times now and have had several different techs and I am happy to say that I’ve LOVED the results and the service every time. I’ve finally found my new nail salon where I can relax and trust that whoever I get, I will be well taken care of and fully satisfied with the work. Go here!

I went there for a clean fresh manicure. The person doing my nails was very friendly, but did not do a good job as you can see. My cuticles weren’t cleaned, oiled or taken care of at all. My nails were already short so there wasn’t much to do. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t a good one either. I could’ve easily done this at home.

Favorite nail salon by far in Ottawa area! All the ladies are very welcoming, and all are very good at their job.They take the time to ensure your nails are exactly what you want. I've taken a picture in every time ; and each time.. The job they do is better than the picture.Ive been using this salon for months now, and won't go anywhere else!

Very bad experience. It was my second time coming to this salon. On my first visit I came here for pedicure and dipping powder full set. I asked for french tips but idk how she did a random colour which I never chose. She said that she will take this off and can do that. But I already waited 30 min past my appointment so there was no chance that I can stay longer.She booked me again for today and asked me to pay $10 extra because french tips costs more. I agreed. However, As soon as I get in nobody greet me and staff named Anna was very rude, asked me to remove my shoes that I was about to do. She was rushing the whole time and hurt my finger twice. At the end, I couldn’t stopped myself and I asked her, “why are you so rude?”She just replied, “I am tired”So this is what customer service called?The whole time they are talking in their own language and make theirs clients feel awkward. I am never going back there again.Worst experience and not recommended at all.

I booked without much advance notice, and they were absolutely slammed when I arrived -- occupied seats everywhere, and the staff working extremely efficiently to get everyone looked after. I offered to come back tomorrow, but they said it was no problem to take me.I didn't wait very long at all, and the technician was an absolute magician. Quick, professional, and unfailingly polite. I left very impressed and will return.

My teenaged daughter and I have been coming here for a while now. While their work is good, I’ve deducted 1 star because appointment times mean nothing. I’ve waited over an hour past my appointment time. However, they’re close to home, reasonably priced and provide decent services.I do agree with other reviewers about the constant talking in Vietnamese, it’s rude.All that considered, I’ll continue going back. For now.

Lovely experience with Mia! Very pleased with my set. She was very patient and flexible with the nail art.

I love going to Mia, she is friendly and does amazing work! Every time she does my nails, they come out beautiful and perfect. All the other staff there also seem very nice, and I'm always greeted when I go in there :) I reccomend Mia to everyone who asks about my nails!

The only nail salon I go to! The staff is super friendly, experienced & fast! I fear shellac removal but here they do it very gentle and make it painless vs other places I’ve been.
