Kingpin Cambridge

Tristan is amazing everytime I’ve been there (3 times) he’s been super helpful and fun! Always makes sure me and my friends have a 10/10 time. Not a very cheap place to go to have fun but definitely good staff following Tristan (who I assume is a manager or supervisor of some sort). Really cool spots here (laser tag, arcade, bowling, bar, and axe throwing) I’ve been too and loved all them! Recommend going on a week night when it’s not busy!!

Really fun way to spend an afternoon. It's not cheap but it's a lot of fun. Good selection of ball sizes/weights. Comfy seating and relaxed atmosphere. There were some ball guides to help kids/injured/elderly play. We'll be returning!

2023: 3/5Games (4/5) are fun though pricey compared to other places in southern Ontario...place is clean, sports screens throughout showing sports (5/5), only issue is the food (0/5), it was horrible!When I was a kid we used to make spitballs out of construction paper to whip them at each other in class, at the teacher,...the pizza (0/5) tasted like what I remember that construction paper tasted like with some flavourless tomato sauce and I 'guess this is cheese added...was revolting...yeah it is for a kids party so I guess they figure the kids will eat anything but wow

The service was so terrible. Booked in for 8pm. Arrived 15 min before our scheduled time to be told we can’t check in yet because there’s someone in our lane and they have 35 min left. Go to the bar there’s one person on bar taking orders and making drinks. About 20 people in the line. We waited 20 minutes to get up to the front of the line to be told the kitchen ran out of nachos. Then they said the kitchen is closed because they were too busy. Half of my group got to order food… the other didn’t. Asked to just be refunded the $125 bowling and told they can’t refund only give a voucher.It was just so bad lolAnd the place is filthy.

This was our first time at the Kingpin Cambridge. We were invited to a kids party.This place is huge and spacious. The establishment itself was very clean and well maintained.My son loved playing at their climbing structure and playground. He also enjoyed the arcade machines.I know that this place is for all ages, but for being a place that handles small children.... there should be more control at the entrance, in order to make everyone with kids feel more safe bringing their children here.What I don't understand is that for being such a spacious place, the party rooms are shared (multiple parties in the same room).It seems very difficult to control so many children in one place.

Fun for the whole family, bowling arcade and food. Cool game modes for bowling that make it more fun for the kids.. arcade is over priced for sure and some of the games don't pay out tickets properly.

Nice place, was very busy on a Saturday afternoon as expected. Bowling alley is well maintained. Minus 1 star as it is expensive.

This place could be great if they were run properly. It has amazing features and a lot of fun stuff, but they are always understaffed during busy times, and you can see how overwhelmed the staff are. There is also very little contact between staff and patrons. As a customer you don't feel valued for anything more than your money.

This is a great place for kids of all ages. We have teens and little kids and it’s great that the older kids can come play laser tag while the younger ones enjoy the play zone. They always have a blast. Also this time we had a problem with our laser tag booking and Dan was amazing! He was quick to respond to my email and fixed the problem for us. We will definitely be back.

Recommended:It was my first time being there for bowling, but I had 9 children to manage. Getting shoes went smoothly. The group of kids was chaotic, but I feel that things went well. I was able to get several pitchers of water and plastic cups at no charge. The staff were friendly and efficient, even crawling into the alley to retrieve a stuck ball. There should be more staff, but I imagine that's not possible. Thank you for doing your best with what you had.
