George contacted me prior to his arrival to let me know. He did an excellent job of installing and walked me through the functions of the door after installing. I am very pleased with my automatic door installation. I highly recommend them. Thanks again.

I contacted Patrick to fix a broken window on my rental property in Thorold, ON. After confirming with Patrick that he would be coming to give an estimate, my partner drove an hour and a half to Thorold. I gave Patrick my partner's phone number and notified him that he would be meeting him there. He waited patiently to be contacted by Patrick. Patrick did not show up. He sent me a text message claiming that my partner did not open the door and that he will be leaving. I immediately (within seconds) replied telling him that my partner is in fact there. He also immediately ran to the door and he did not see Patrick at the door, or even down the street. I also notified Patrick that my partner is at the door. Patrick opened my texts (he has his read receipts on) but did not answer my call or my partners call. I would not recommend doing business. Truly unprofessional and a waste of time. If he did really drive all the way from Hamilton, and supposedly was at the door that was not being opened, a normal thing to do would to be contact myself or even my partner as he had both of our numbers but we did not receive a single call. I would have appreciated if we were notified ahead of time that he could not come, that would have been understandable. But this was disappointing.

The team from Frontier Windows and Doors are professional and diligent. They completed the work efficiently and with care. Patrick and Jason installed a 10' quad patio door and 5 windows. We are happy with both the workmanship and the pricing. Both Patrick and Jason wore masks at all time while inside the home and laid down drop clothes in all areasthat they required access to throughout the home.
