Voulla answered my call and was very kind and went above and beyond dealing with GE for me regarding my issue. Angelo arrived on schedule and solved my refrigeration issue and was able to get it working temporarily until the part came in. He came back quickly as soon as the part arrived. Honest, very fair and considerate. I highly recommend them for appliance service in Durham region.

I never write reviews, But the service we got from Superior Appliance went way above and beyond our expectations. Voula helped me with my warranty claim and kept in contact at all times. Angelo showed up at the door fully prepared with all the equipment needed and on time. Both are professional and certainly care about their customers. So impressed. Would definitely recommend for all your appliance repairs with Superior Appliance.

I left a message and received a call from Voula later that day. I made an appointment for Angelo to look at my dryer two days later. He arrived during the time mentioned. He quickly found the problem and ordered a part to fix my dryer. Voula called me the next day to say the part was in and I scheduled the repair for the following day. Angelo once again arrived on time and quickly had my dryer working. He cleaned out lint within the machine that I would not have been able to reach. He also reattached my vent pipe and pushed the machine back into position. I am grateful to have my machine running once again. I would definitely have Angelo back for repairs on other appliances.

I have a relatively new fridge in which the freezer stopped working. Called and they sent out a technician. The technician said that we required a new sensor, that he would order the part and would need to wait until it came in. A day later, the fridge stopped cooling so we called the company back. They said that the Freon likely needed to be recharged. They said they would send out a technician the following day. Today is the day. Technician was supposed to show up between 3pm-5pm. It’s now 7pm. No call and no show. Called the company back again, no answer. It’s unfortunate as I clearly cannot leave my fridge inoperable and I wish I had known prior that this company didn’t follow through on their appointments and follow up’s as I would have dealt with another company. Good repair companies are hard to find. It’s sad that this unfortunately is the case with this one. Save your time and frustrations and scroll down to another company.

Although I never write reviews, I feel compelled to submit this 5 star review for Superior Appliance.Starting with the booking process, I originally contacted another repair service. They did not repair gas appliances and recommended Superior.Voula responded to my inquiry and arranged an appointment time. She followed up with a notification of parts arrival and booked the service appointment. Communications were excellent and she is very pleasant and professional to speak with.Angelo arrived at the scheduled time for the diagnostic on the oven. He took the time to explain the fault, what was required for repair and that it would take about a week for the part to arrive from the US. The repair and testing after assembly were completed in a thorough and timely manner and again took the time to fully explain what was done and also the warranty details.I highly recommend Superior Appliance for their professionalism and commitment to customer service. My Maytag dryer had a horrible screeching sound, so I called Superior Appliance to schedule a service call.  Angelo came on Friday, May 7th, and did a diagnostic, he also oiled whatever was making the noise and told us it would be fine to use until he came to repair it, which was great.  He was going to order the parts but said he wasn't sure when they would come in.Contact from the office came only as a result of an email I had sent on May 15th.  I got a reply on the 17th, 10 full days after the initial diagnosis.  A follow up call to my home, on the same day, advising parts take 3-5 days and there was a glitch" with our order (whatever that means)

Just had Angelo by and he was so so helpful. Advised the old washer wouldn’t be worth the repair cost. Also gave me the name of a great used appliance place. He was very professional. Superior Appliance was reasonably priced and so kind. Appreciate all of their help!
