Everyone's experience is going to be very different. I will start off Stephanie is amazing from listening to anything that was brought to her attention, her ability to build rapport with parents, and her flexibility/support. Kids and Company is very lucky to have her on the team. My son is special needs and what we experienced with is classroom teacher was nothing short than a nightmare. We registered my two-year-old here based on reviews and my conversations with the school as I was not able to do a visit due to the pandemic. We started to see changes in my son, and I would bring them up with the school but was always told there was no issues, and everything was fine. What makes our experience two stars is On two occasions, one that I had witnessed and the second my husband witnessed of 'assault' were too much for us and his teacher placed my child in isolation “time out” which is not allowed because of his disability. His 'classroom' teacher both times told the staff that she was saving from harm. HQ did nothing but talk to her and provided her with education. We opened investigations with Ministry of Education, CAS and the Halton Region Police. I have had this teacher’s name registered because our concerns were valid. The school tried to use his disability against him which I was truly disappointed our family. What brings us closure is now if anything else happens with the same teacher and another student there could potentially be disciplinary proceedings. I think it’s important for parents to ensure the teachers are held accountable, voice your concerns using the proper resources available. This teacher has done this in the past however I wish I had known so that he didn’t have to go through a traumatizing experience.

My daughter has been here going here for a year and they are just fantastic. Their teaching style and engagement is phenomenal. I did more than my fair share of interviews at different centres, and in my honest opinion none have come close.Also for those complaining about drop off or pick up, I personally have only ever seen 1 parent block traffic for a drop off. However, I have seen and complained about the multitude of parents dropping their kids off for kumon (which is right next door). Please do not post a review for a business if you have no intention of actually reviewing them.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Love the location, the super friendly teachers, the environment and the variety of food provided! If given a chance, my little boy would love to go there on the weekends as well, that is how amazing this place is! It’s super clean and there are tons of arts and crafts and variety of games. Definitely love how the welcoming the teachers are every morning with such a bright smile on their faces, welcoming the kids in. They have set the standards so high, I feel anxious thinking about school years already! Thank you Kids and Company for your amazing hospitality.

My child has been going to the Dundas and Prince Michael location for almost 2 years now.The teachers are absolutely AMAZING. My son is in love with his teachers.They take complete care of the screening process and cleanliness.If there is anything i can say is...this is such an amazingggg place.A 100 percent recommendation.

My son loves this place. He wakes up asking to go to daycare.. he was made great friends and he loves his teachers Brittany, Ima and Sabrina.. sorry if I misspelled your names.. he has been going since 16 months and he’s learning a lot.. thanks for taking care so well of our little ones

Excellent child care center. Safe, Well run, good management, good curriculum, quality food, excellent employees.

I don’t personally take my child here but upon passing, I saw the teachers line up the toddlers outside in -1C with windchill weather without their jackets while the teachers had theirs on.

Our two kids has been attending Kids and Co at Joshua Creek and we couldn't be more than happy with the daycare. The teachers are AMAZING, caring and kind. The food is great and the management communicate well and always quick to respond. Our Kids love their school and we know that they are in good hands. Thank you !
