I had the pleasure of attending an event organized by the Toronto Chinese Entrepreneur Association at S3pace, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The venue is impressive, with modern and spacious facilities that are perfect for hosting events of any kind. What really stood out, however, was the excellent service provided by Fiona, who was in charge of the event. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had a great time. The event was well-organized, and Fiona's attention to detail was evident throughout. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at S3pace, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch event space in Toronto.

We rented out S3pace for a full day work event and it was fantastic! We had a group of about 40 people and there was SO much space, it didn't feel crowded. The space was clean and worked perfectly for a presentation, discussion, breakout groups. Fiona was extremely helpful in getting us set up for our event - providing us with any and all IT equipment needed, tables, chairs, coffee and more. We were able to order food into the venue for breakfast and lunch which was very easy. The kitchen is very large with lots of counter space to hold lots of food for a large group.

Had a wonderful time hosting a team offsite at S3pace and it was the perfect facility for us. The space was well-equipped with IT, collaboration spaces and very clean. Fiona, the managing partner was an absolute pleasure to work with in planning the event and was very accommodating to our group. Highly recommend hosting your next event at S3pace!

S3PACE is located in Toronto, Canada, and is a shared office space in Toronto. The overall environment here is very good, all the decorations and facilities are very new and modern. All office areas are very spacious. Almost all the staff here are kind and helpful. When coming here one can see the cleanliness of the place and the treatment the staff deserve. Every office here is very quiet, which is very suitable for everyone to work here. Working here is like working at home, very warm and comfortable.

I am a co-founder of an association called Toronto Entrepreneur Association and we have been hosting numerous events here and the experience we had every time is just perfect. Fiona and her team has always been super professional and super clutch in our case of emergency every time. The event space here looks spectacular and with the kitchen and lounge available makes hosting events very convenient. Also, the tech equipment here are very up to date which makes everything even better. They have a huge parking lot with free parking, so when our guests come everyone can be accommodated worry-free. I highly recommend S3pace to everyone who is looking to host events, or even just go in and rent their offices for work, I am sure S3pace would be a wise choice.

I am a software developer and I work from home due to the nature of my job. However, I have been struggling to concentrate on my projects due to having roommates around. That is until I discovered a very comfortable shared office space where I can have my own independent desk just like at home. Moreover, downstairs there are plenty of snacks and coffee drinks available without any extra charge. I feel that working here is very relaxing and it's easier for me to concentrate on my work.

I recently had the opportunity to visit s3pace and to say the least it has truly exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made for a very pleasant working environment. The large open area was a particularly striking feature, providing ample space to work comfortably without feeling cramped or crowded. One of the things that stood out the most to me was how quiet the space was. This made it an ideal place to focus and get work done without being distracted by background noise or other disruptions. The space had a very professional feel to it, and I found it to be a great place to concentrate and be productive.

When first introduced to S3PACE and given a tour, we were already impressed with the overall modern design, sensible layout, use of space, integrated A/V technology for presentations and meetings. After hosting a corporate three day event using the large training room, we could not have asked for a better outcome. Every detail from location, room ambiance, coffee stations, prep kitchen, service amenities and customer support was excellent and we felt very well looked after as a client from beginning to end. In fact, even all our guests complimented on the fabulous space and enjoyed being onsite for the entire schedule of our multi day event.
