Expect good service as long as you don't use the app for ordering.For the second time in a row, I arrived 30(!) minutes after placing my order to find that they haven't even started my order, because it's still sitting in the printer.At least I got an apology the first time it happened.. the second time, not so much.

I used to go here all the time, it's changed for some reason. Last time I was there the happiness in the place was all gone. I didn't like it at all. Whats changed not sure but it's at least somewhere to go for something different than pizza and chicken. The people working there did not seem happy to be there at all. It could have just been the particular day I was there. Sandwich seemed much smaller than my previous visits.

Ordered on cbeats app. Poor quality wrap. Ordered chicken solvaki. What I got was a veggie wrap. They forgot to put the CHICKEN in which I imagine was because they were closing in a half hour and failed to care. I paid 21.00 for it to be delivered only to be so disappointed. Trash cold wrap. Never got a refund cause pita pit was closedBy the time it was delivered. They keep getting away with delivering poor quality wraps that you would never get if you just went in. I’m sick right now so I couldn’t go. Waste of money, robbed from pita pit.

Superb quality food server and excellent hygiene surrounded inside…fully loaded pitta served that would fill the tummy full ..well behaving staff Absolutely the best healthy meal i had while in Sydney so far. Highly recommend! I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal served

Clean and modern restaurant, a little bit worn here and there but overall good.Food was good as well. Taste was good, as expected from a big fast food chain like this.One thing I did note however, was that one employee used their phone to make a call while wearing food preparation gloves. They went straight back to work after making the call. They did not make our meals, but I found this to be a bit unnerving.

Eat here frequently. Never had any issues, maybe small changes in consistency depending on who makes the pita, but always fresh ingredients and friendly service. Definitely a better option than subway, I'm heavily plant based so my pita is always loaded with veggies. Fairly cheap for the amount of food you get.

Great food if you like wraps and stuff. Place could use a dusting tho so 3 star is all I can give. Dust hanging over the food at end of counter.

Ordered through Skip the Dishes and was delivered the wrong order. When I called the restaurant they offered to remake, but then Skip denied responsibility to redeliver, claiming they did their part. Doesn't matter who's blunder it was, the employees at Pita Pit were left to resolve the issue on their own, and the restaurant offered to have an employee deliver himself, even though they don't deliver normally. I got my food an hour and a half after the initial order and had to get a refund through Skip because they didn't deliver, and I regret thumbing down Pita Pit on Skip app, but Pita Pit owned up to it and kudos to the employees who were working the afternoon shift on Feb 2, 2021.
