I was highly recommended this place by a friend who recently had her eyes examined here and had a great experience purchasing her glasses there too, and even though I'm located in Hamilton and there are so many places to get your eye examined, I definitely value great service and took the recommendation. And I'm so glad I did! I thought each person I interacted with was wonderful and very helpful. From the front desk, to the eye doctor (I had Dr. West) everyone was professional but also very friendly. The whole process was effortless and fun. Even though the place is small, I had more than enough options of glasses to choose from. The most challenging part of the whole process, was narrowing down my selection of frames to the one. I also appreciated the freedom and space to take my time to decide for myself which frame to select, but was also offered valuable input by there staff, Sarah who was helping me with the frame selection. I'm very happy with my choice and would highly recommend this establishment to everyone (even those out of town like myself). Getting your eyes examined and selecting a frame can be a very stressful situation, but it doesn't have to be...and so I just want to thank everyone there for a stress free experience.

I LOVE coming here. Everyone on staff is friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond for each customer. Dr. Khatkur is phenomenal, detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 I will continue using Brantford Optometry.

I only wish there were more stars to give this lovely office staff and doctor! I have never been treated so well in a professional setting as this. Very kind and friendly people all around. They are down to earth people that respect you and offer to help in any way they can. I stumbled upon this doctor and office quite accidentally and I'm so glad. Dr. Khatkur took the time to examine and ask pertinent questions and gave helpful suggestions. I felt very well taken care of. This is my optometrist for life because i know I'm in safe and extremely capable hands. If you need an optometrist don't hesitate to contact this office. I had a great experience from this shop! There were various options of glasses, the staffs are really NICE!! Some people would be really nervous going for an eye checkup, but the staff and the customer care makes it fun!

I brought my daughter in for a concern. She was seen by Dr. Khatkur and Dr. Patel and they were both so helpful and patient. I would highly recommend Brantford Optometry, amazing customer service from the front desk to the end of our appointment

My mother had her first eye appointment at this clinic and I have nothing but appreciation and gratefulness for the kind and supportive staff. They were extremely helpful and professional, and went out of their way to make sure my mother felt comfortable and happy with her choice of glasses, as well as the ease of knowing that she is cared for as a patient. Nothing but great things to say about this clinic, keep up the great work!

The staff and optometrist were super friendly and helpful and really reassure you that you're well taken care of with them. They're super fast and helped me better understand my prescription and if there was any issues to come back and they would fix them for me no hassle. Truly a practice that cares about helping people more than money, definitely recommend!! Plus they're prices are affordable compared to other places, worth checking out if you haven't already.
