Terrible product (twice came with imperfections) and then sent the wrong product the third time! Very difficult to get in touch with someone to deal with issues. Never again! Service guyswere pleasant. Wasn't their fault.

I used this location to supply all the windows for my home addition and later on to supply a new sliding back door. I utilized their returned product trailers and saved thousands of dollars on my project. And special thanks to Surjit for organizing delivery and being a helpful guy.

EDIT: After exchanging emails with a Sales Manager, I am comfortable saying that this business is rectifying the issue quickly and they were very polite and professional as well. One bad apple can ruin images, but Durabuilt was quick to fix this.Ive never visited this business. However one of their employees was driving one of their decaled vehicles and decided to cut me off with zero room, almost causing an accident. I get being in a rush, but then they were speeding about 90km in a 70km zone. I have nothing against the business, but that employee ruined any future business. Thats for sure..

If I could give this company a negative number I would. They came in and put in all new windows and doors for forest grove condo's in sherwood park. As you can see the window cracked. They won't warranty their work, so my mother has to pay to have someone else fix their shoddy work. She is not the only one in that area that is having problems. Do not use Durabuilt unless you want to throw money out the window.

Bought a sliding door door within the last decade (between 5 and 7 years) and the sliding door i have had the weatherstripping wearing out, not a big surprise I know it wears down. So I called to get new weather stripping and was told my door was made out east and is no longer in production. Weather stripping options will have to be after market. So doing basic maintenance on my door has evolved since the parts are no longer made. Technician is looking into aftermarket solutions but basic maintenance is not so basic or look into a new door (which is too soon in my mind)
