Only 3 tellers at busiest times. Wait in line forever!

Avoid this place at any cost .They close an hour early if you come at 4:05 pm.They won't take you.happen 3 times now.Very rude and unprofessional

Some of the staff are really rude, they would not help their customers to get a solution that helps our problems, worst banking experience ever. .BMO does way more better than this bankEdit: I’m actually closing my account right now, their auto insurance is more expensive than what other companies are offering, the agent for the RBC insurance are rude too, when we told her that we want to cancel our insurance, the agent told us we are going to lose a lot money if we do so, almost like threatening. Goodbye RBC.

Worst experience! Waited for 45 mins in line, no one really cares and everyone on the other side of the counter are busy in roaming around. Only 1 counter was opened for 15 people waiting in the line.

Slowest service ever, set aside 20 minutes to wait because the teller (yes only one) will lag along

I showed up at 845 am on Saturday and store opened at 0900 sharp. FEVEN M was excellent in helping meet my banking needs and was patient, explained things well and offered solutions for my banking needs. I’ve been loyal to them since I’ve been in high school. This woman, who I explicitly told four times that I didn’t want to sign for a program (since you have to $1.19 for every $100 dollars onto of more fees), she tried to push for it and that is fine. But I did tell her “no” again even after finishing getting my money converted from her. I still had to pay off some of my vacation and didn’t want to pay those charges cause I rarely use my credit card anyway. I didn’t realize that she signed me up for it without my consent. So I had to pay much more for my vacation without knowing. I had told her “no” and she still didn’t listen. Their staff don’t care what you say. I may be young but I know you don’t do something without the consent of another person, especially when it has to do with their money.

If you love waiting in line for a long long time, this is the place for you. Minimal staff and extremely slow service.
