Whilst traveling to the Winnipeg Folk Festival from Minnesota my hearing aid charger was damaged whilst boating on the Gitche Gumee, it got soaked. We pulled into town in search of a French bistro when I spotted a sign, The Hearing Center". I thought to myself "you won't know if they can help you if you don't ask"

highly recommended! very professional, service was quick and painless.had to get hearing tested prior to ent appointment.had looked elsewhere and the booking times were 3 weeks down the line (January and February 2023) that wasn’t going to happen.came across Amplifon Hearing Clinic and Robin (receptionist) booked me in right away.Hannah (audiologist) took me in and conducted the required tests and results were sent off with you once completed hearing test. thanks again!

Amazing service! Brought in my grandma's (very old) hearing aid as she had dropped it and it fell apart... and while it was no longer under warranty, they offered to fix it for her anyway. This team goes above and beyond! I'd recommend Lisa Reid to anyone who has any hearing aid or protection needs!

Excellent customer service from “chris” (name unsure)an elderly kindhearted woman. She was very professional and has thorough knowledge in what she is doing. I went there for a repair of a hearing aid for my father.I could read from her words how much importance she gives towards the work she is doing and goes above and beyond to to explain things to me to avoid future problems with that hearing aid. Thank you for the excellent customer service . She is an asset for Reid audiology.

If your requirement is at all related to MPI do NOT go here, they will only impede the process. No professional experience with dealing with insurance companies. Added a whole year to my whole claim because of their refusal to do their job. Incompetent.
