I placed a delivery order from doordash today.A texan quarter pounder trio.An original sub.This was the worst food I've ever had in my life. Even the fries were disgusting.The sub was burnt black including the mushrooms. Couldn't even see the meat.The burger was a Texan but only had mustard as a sauce. The meat was completely bland. The bun was dry and old. There was a piece missing from the bun too.Then the root beer part of the trio wasn't delivered. I even chose honey BBQ sauce and it was nowhere to be seen.I hope someone high up in the chain sees this email and investigates.I've had buffalo bill wings from a laval location in the past and it was fine. This is the first time I order from decarie and never again.

First time ordering from this location,fast delivery. Wings good ,fries decent. Need to use a a stryofoam container rather than a carton for the wings very messy to handle.Will order again

Ordered from Uber eats,ordered 2 “the diner” 10 boneless wings with friesbarely any sauce on them! And barely any fries!They were a tad overcooked but nothing to complain about.The biggest issues is that the total price for the two were 48$ now was it worth this much? No not at all!What I received should’ve been priced at 10 or 12$ max per box! But you’re trying to sell these boneless wings with barely any sauce or fries for 18-20$ are you insane? If it was worth it sure but it’s not!For future reference please stress extra sauce on your order.Overall consensus; not the worst tasting boneless wings just missing sauce and fries but definitely not worth the price.

I did an online order and after an hour of waiting, I decided to call, they told me there tablet froze and that they saw the order but couldn’t process it. On my side, it said order processed. They took the money from my card immediately and said I had to call the next day if I wanted a refund. The guy was very impolite with me saying he can’t do anything and he didn’t even want to listen to me when I asked about the food. What makes it worst, is they didn’t even call to tell me I couldn’t get my food, if I didn’t call I wouldn’t have known anything. Anyways, I didn’t receive the food and still haven’t received any refund.

Ordered on-line yesterday. First time ever for ordering wings for delivery and selected this site. 60-wing combo order, $100 - why not support the local economy, right? After calling 3 times, and a 1.5 hr wait, customer service gave us store number which did not answer. Finally we were told that the order had been lost and would be processed asap. ANOTHER 30 minutes later, our order arrived - wings were cold, dry and chewy! Will never order wings on-line again.
