I'm glad I found Zsibi to help me repair my condo unit's flooring in the spring of 2022. I had a small area of floor damage for which I wanted to replace the planks.I contacted more than ten other flooring and handyman companies, many of which refused to do this relatively small job, some wouldn't give me an estimate, and others gave me estimates 3 or more times the compared to Zsibi, which gave me a very reasonable agreed upon rate.From start to finish, their team was responsive, communicated clearly and respectfully, was on time, and cleaned up the area afterwards. I only decided to write this review six months later to make sure the repairs held up. I could not be any happier and would not hesitate to work with Zoltan and his team again!

Zoltan and his team repaired and refinished the floors in our century home. The communication from quote to project end was clear and consistent. They did an amazing job refinishing and repairing the original floors in our century home within a tight timeline. Could not recommend them enough, and look forward working with them on any future projects.

We are SO happy we chose Zsibi Hardwood Floor Inc. and we highly, highly recommend. From the first email, Didi (Admin Sales) has been wonderful and represents the best in customer care. She's patient, kind and understanding - and she answered ALL my questions because we had to live in the house with 3 cats while the work would be done. Zoltan is wonderful and cares about his customers. They provided colour samples on spare floorboards we had so we could take home and really decide on the right stain because while we wanted lighter overall - we had to match the staircases and other features in the home. Didi and Zoltan assured us there would be very little dust and I would say there was no dust. It was very easy to live here while the work was being done. The team that did the refinishing were great and just got to it. Our old floor was darker, scratched, scuffed and far too shiny. Our new floor is a beautiful tone with a satin finish which brings out the personality and texture of the maple floorboards. The picture doesn't really do the the new floor justice but I've included a before/after anyway. We couldn't be happier. Thank you again Zoltan and Didi!

I had an emergency hardwood floor need! With only days before listing to MLS it was discovered upon removing area rugs that the mahogany floor needed refinishing. Zoltan went out of his way to accomodate us...he refinished our floor overnight! I cannot recommend Zoltan and his team enough. Furthermore, the week before this emergency Zoltan refinished my client's mahogany floors and helped the house sell for a record price...long story short, Zoltan does good work!

We found original hardwood floors under our existing wood floors from the 1940s and every company we asked said the floors couldn’t be restored. Zoltan came by for a consult and was the only one who said it could be done - and he did a beautiful job! His team is fast and very respectful. The floors look beautiful and we are so happy with the result. Zoltan is also great to work with and he bent over backwards for us - his customer service is 5 stars. In this day and age of electronic communication it’s so refreshing to have a contractor visit your location to ensure their quoted price will be realistic. Zoltan’s team and Didi specifically took the extra time to colour match our existing floor during difficult supply chain times.All you can ask for in a partner. Good communication, timely response, professional paperwork and quality work.100% again.

The team was meticulous, attentive to detail and courteous. We had some gaps in our flooring that needed to be repaired, which required new boards to be trimmed and cut to match the old flooring. They were extremely careful when handling the old floors as they were glued to the cement. We had a minor issue with the thickness of the new flooring - they came back right away to address it even after being paid in full. Overall, we had a great experience with Zoltan and his team. They were recommended to us and we would definitely use them again in the future.

Zoltan and his team were fantastic from start to finish, highly recommended! They worked on flooring on all 3 levels of our townhouse and included both addition of new hardwood flooring (with carpet removal) and refinishing of existing to a new color. Great communication thoughtout the project and their vast experience in this type of work was clear in the end result.

I had two floors that we wanted to sand, repair and refinish. The first floor was a standard red oak flooring and needed patching. The second floor was some sort of exotic hardwood that was harder, darker and, slightly red. We wanted to go lighter on the first floor and less red on the second floor.Zoltan and his team did a fantastic job throughout the project, answered all of our questions and was able to accommodate for any challenges that came up. The finished product was fantastic and exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to refinish floors and will definitely use them again myself

We were thrilled to have found Zoltan and his crew to do our new hardwood floors. We couldn't recommend Zoltan enough: patient, easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond to get the job done right.Zoltan came several times before the work started to make sure everyone was on the same page before the work started. His prices were very competitive and his workers were friendly, hard working & conscientious. We left the county for a vacation while the work was being done (that's how much trust we had in Zoltan) and came back to beautiful new hardwood floors that transformed the house - they removed the original floors, levelled the subfloor, installed the new floor and sanded it and finished it onsite. We couldn't be happier with the result. We've since referred Zoltan to friends who have also had a similarly positive experience.
