Came here in the afternoon and within 15 minutes, Sales Associate Muhammed got my mom's Michael Kors watch battery replaced. Cost under 27 dollars with a 2 year warranty. Muhammed was patient and professional with me. Prior to serving me I was thoroughly impressed with the way he handled an elderly customer that was being verbally aggressive with him. Muhammed kept patient, and said he will take care of him and he did!Great all around customer service and smile. Will definetly come back!
