Viara captured our family as we TRULY are, not awkwardly posed in front of a staged backdrop. The photos she took at my sister’s birthday get-together last year are so beautiful, and so perfectly US. Viara came to the party for an hour or so, and quietly snapped away, capturing the cousins doing their makeup (and later, doing cartwheels!), some meal prep and kitchen giggles, the inevitable gift opening, and LOTS of laughter. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our photos.

I was a very lucky bride to have Viara as my wedding photographer. She was a lovely guest to have join us and her photos captured the life and feeling behind the camera. When I look through my wedding album I can relive that beautiful day! I can see the music, the laughter, the joy, the beauty and the love. When the day comes for new family photos I will definitely be in touch with Viara!

We were so fortunate to win a 1.5 hour session with Viara. She is unobtrusive, great with kids and animals, easy company AND her work is amazing. She manages to capture ordinary moments and turn them into art. There were so many pictures of our kids that captured their personalities perfectly. Even better is that the sessions are absolutely stress-free...no agenda, no posing, so she's able to catch lovely little moments that just don't happen in the typical photo shoots. We look forward to future sessions with her to document our crazy little family.

My family had a recent day in the life photo session with Viara. I was nervous about this thought, because what do you with someone you don't know, while they follow you around taking photos of your family all day? Viara was instantly comforting and easy to work with, our family quickly forgot she was there and just went about our day.That being said, she engaged with our kids and photographed some pretty deep emotion from them both. My son is an avid hockey player and Viara followed us to two of his games- she captured the feeling of the rink, the competitiveness of the game and the anxiety of these goalie parents. While this happened, she also took the time to talk with our daughter, who doesn't play hockey, and captured her in her own world of toys and imagination. She captured our day beautifully and the experience was very rewarding getting to know her as well. She took the time to have breakfast with us and we learned a little bit about her and her family. It was very nice. We now have a new found respect Bulgarian cheese :) - and went out looking for it after our session.For a family looking to break out of the box- this is the photographer who will help you that and capture your family in an unique way.

Viara photographed my wedding earlier this year. What can I say? Hire this woman! She's amazing to be around (which is important, because your photographer is with you all day) and she's an incredible talent. If you're looking for wedding photographs that are beautiful, funny, and memorable Viara is your person.

Viara is NOTHING like any other photographer you may know or have even worked with. Her talents behind the lens are unparalleled, as far as I am concerned. She captures the most amazing little moments of real life and makes them seem so magical yet still somehow simple. And she does it all without ever really being seen or felt. Her photos tell the best kind of truth about who we really are when we aren’t aware anyone is looking.

Viara did a family shoot in June for our family. We originally thought we wanted a series of posed pictures but our daughter found Viara’s website and she took the photos for us. She was able to capture the essence of our family and the fun of the shoot. We played soccer, walked and did have some posed shots which were photobombed by our grandsons.We will treasure theses memories for a very long time.Would highly recommend Viara and her photography.
