Be very cautious with this company. They literally harass you when re ewal time comes around. No appointment person at the door...multiple calls and emails...Long before renewal date....i had to ask them to stop harrassing me. Now looking for another provider.I see on another review that a custom er is retaining an attorney to stop the harassment.

Don't deal with these scammers. They will lure you into a contract that you did not even agree too. We had declined their services but got calls that we were subscribed and after we had said we did not agree to this at all, we then got a letter in the mail stating we had to pay a cancellation fee for something we did not ever agree too. Complete and utter scammers, they tend to target older people who may not be aware. Take this as a warning and stick with embridge or whoever you deal with for your energy and gas services. More like Just BS if you ask me. Stay safe.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT!! After the contract is up they will automatically sign you up for higher rates. I have been working for weeks to get answers. I was working with Simone Nedd and she was informed to stop working with me so Al Shulman could help me. He emailed me Friday! I thought I would get a phone call but NO I got an email with no contact info whatsoever! I asked Al (a marketing manager) to call me... Its Monday and still haven't gotten a call or the information I requested. Called this morning and got Simone again! Weeks of lies and stress! Horrible unprofessional company!I will gladly upload images when I get home tonight that way everyone can see what I am dealing with :)

DO NOT switch to this company as your energy supplier. I just received my first bill with Just Energy as my supplier and it was almost $200 more than my previous bill ( from $160 to $330). I was assured multiple times that my bill would NOT be much higher. I even reviewed my most recent bill with the agent who enrolled my services. The plan I was enrolled in was NOT explain properly and was simply a scam to get my business. I cancelled this company IMMEDIATELY but am stuck with them for another billing cycle until it switches back to my previous supplier (energy harbor), who happens to be a whole lot cheaper and much more honest. Beware of the gimmicks they try to use to get your business.

They are a fraud company. They charge so much and decieve people at sams club into signing their electric bill program. They took my over $350. Such a fraud and liars.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEM. This place is a scam. Their customer service people practically yell at you on the phone because they know they are scamming people. And my bill was 3 times the amount under them. I called Dominion and blocked them from my bills. STAY AWAY THEY ARE LIARS.

They are scam artists don’t fall for there free gift cards from Sam’s club it’s not worth the extra $130 they are gonna take out a month

Even though we have told Just Energy over a dozen times in the past 5-6 months that we do not want to renew our contract with them, they keep calling. They argue with my staff (whom are following my directives) and continue to waste our time. They make verbal promises that directly and specifically counter what is in the fine print of their contract, and counter our own experience with them. We have told them directly that we will not renew, but every few weeks the calls start up again.If you sign a contract with Just Energy, just keep in mind that you will never be free.

Do not use this company! I signed up in Sam's club, being promised a Sam's club giftcard, which I never got. I was promised a lower rate than any other supplier since rates are going up. They lied about my rate, then also added on fees I never agreed to or was told about. My gas bill went from $70 to $150 with the same exact use! We called and they said they fixed it and lowered our rates. I just got my electric bill from them and it went from $80 to $120 with the same electricity use after they said they fixed this! Going back to Energy Harbor where they are RELIABLE and don't lie to your face!

I manage my grandmothers accounts and since noon today, they have called her 4 times already and I'm sure they will call many more times. This happens every single day, harassing her to renew her contract when several of your representatives have been told we are not renewing with them. There is no reason to call as often as you do. You seriously need to reevaluate how you treat your past and present customers.
