The package arrived when promised. However, the delivery person ignored the all caps request to leave the package at the SIDE DOOR entrance rather than the front, where it could be stolen. People are in the habit of stealing any package that is visible from the street.

I ordered something thru Amazon..came 2 days early and..my fault..I was not able to answer phone on 1st delivery attempt. So they came back next day..and delivered to Platon Variety next door to me.Job well-done and much appreciated!

The overall rating for this company on Google is obviously bots leaving positive reviews. Look at their yelp rating. I have never had this many issues with a delivery company. Their drivers won’t deliver your items, instead they will say your address is “not valid” and send your package back to the original shipper. And they will do all of this WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU FIRST. They wait until after the package has been sent back to send an email. I have never previously had issues with companies delivering to my current address and it was entered correctly on my order, it was even correct on the email they sent. Save yourself the trouble and avoid at all costs.

the package was left outside,at the back door of my building....instead of the front main entrance, where there is a buzzer system to notify me that my package has arrived! WHY can the driver not use the correct entrance??? fortunately, a neighbour contacted me and alerted me that there was a package left outside on the back steps of the building,facing a parking lot!! this has happened many times in the past with these drivers....a recent purchahse was delivered to a completely different address and was NEVER delivered to me...resulting in a refund from the company i made the purchase from!!

Ordered eye glasses, Customer service was good, had issue with address and they were able to resolve it. Courier delivered properly and took extra steps to ensure delivery, would recommend based on experience

If I could give no stars I would. My package never made it to me. The proof of delivery" photo showed that my package was left on the sidewalk in front of a permanently closed store next to my apartment on a busy street. No phone call

Package delivered to neighbour. My address was clearly correct and proof of delivery photo clearly shows neighbours address. Not a total loss but shouldn't have happened.

Never got any delivery it most have been sent to the wrong address the prove of delivery is not even my house and I don't have any idea what it is I'm waiting on I don't no who used you to deliver my package ,this is so not right

Literally a garbage service. WHY DID THEY RETURN MY PACKAGE TO THE SENDER AFTER 1 ATTEMPTED DELIVERY? Their website claims that they hold packages for up to 7 days at a collection point. When I spoke to the representative, she said that is for specific customers only! What?? Very TRASHY service! If I can give it a negative star, I would give it 1000 times!
