Special Event Rentals worked with me to provide sleek, plexi bars and cocktail tables for our hotel, The Atlas Hotel, grand opening event.Megan and the crew were great to deal with. Megan was friendly, and helpful. She helped break down our vision for the event. Had no issues with the drop off/pick up crew, they were accommodating and had great communication. We rented a tent, chairs, tables and bouncy castles for a large corporate event from Special Event Rentals. It was a huge success, we started planning it in 2019, were forced to cancel due to the pandemic, and didn't end up having the event until the summer of 2022. The customer service team went above and beyond throughout the process and the delivery team led by Kegan, executed perfectly and all was done well ahead of time and everything looked great. Thanks again SER Team. Amazing SERVICE! We will be back again next year

We had a great experience renting from Special Event Rentals. From Amy with setting up the rental and then the guys that came to set up and take down. Service was top notch.

We had an extremely negative experience with Special Event Rentals.We had booked items with them for our Wedding almost 1 year out. About 8 months out we ended up having to change our venue, so the items we choose were no longer going to work. They would only let us change our items if we paid the full cancellation fee. We tried to explain over and over again, that we still wanted to book with them however, were not OK with having to pay over $300 to continue doing business with them. Their manager" would not let us talk to anyone else in the business to discuss this. We ended up paying the cancellation fee and taking our business to A-1 rentals.Please beware that they will not budge on anything and are not willing to work with customers. I had to call the Edmonton office to get the actual office managers phone number to try to escalate it. We will not be booking any events with them in the future

Highly recommend for all your wedding planning and event needs! Special Events has a wide variety of choices for decor items, furniture, and more! Our rep, McKayla, was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the process so much easier than we could have hoped for. Wedding planning itself is already stressful enough, and having someone within the industry that understands this and knows exactly what we want without too much explanation was extremely important.Delivery & Pick Up was seamless, and such a dream to work with the team on our wedding day to make everything perfect. They were happy to offer support in any way we needed that day. They truly understand the importance of aesthetic, minimal stress and functionality for large events and weddings. Can't say enough great things about Special Event Rentals. My husband and I celebrated our wedding in Regina and used their services for our rentals (chairs, tables, table cloths, etc). Everything went very smoothly, they were very helpful, organized, and easy to communicate with. Thank you once again for helping us make our big day so special to us!

Special Events was incredibly good to us during our wedding planning process!! We had a lot of changes due to the pandemic and they adapted with kindness and ease and were always accommodating! We were especially impressed with the clear and diligent communication and their set up crew. We had a huge set up and they, and the venue (Local Market YQR) worked so well together and made the process so much less stressful. I would highly recommend them!!

The BEST wedding rental experience!!!! I rarely write reviews but couldn't resist writing this one. I first reached out to Special Event Rentals, Regina because all the tent rental places in Manitoba were booked for my wedding date. Special Events quickly informed me that they were able to accommodate delivering to my remote, Manitoba location. Amy and her team went above and beyond to make sure wedding planning from provinces away (Vancouver) was seamless. I was able to rent all my items through them — tent, chairs, linens, glassware, decor etc. which made it a no brainer! They were super attentive to my questions and were always happy to send me photos of products. Their rentals are beautiful and their clear tent made our outdoor wedding SO magical! The set up staff was also amazing, they showed up on time, ensured that everything was set up the exact way my husband and I drew it up and made it a truly stress-free experience. I couldn't recommend Special Event Rentals enough!! Thank you for making our wedding so SPECIAL!! :)
