I recently attended a speed dating event and I can’t say enough good things about Jean-Eva! She is so professional and she made sure everyone was comfortable and had fun! I never been to a event like this before and I was so nervous. She came over and talked to me and made me feel so comfortable! I absolutely had a blast! I can’t thank Jean-Eva enough for everything she has done for me so far! Definitely definitely recommend!!!

I very recently attended a speed dating event hosted by Jean-eva (J-E Matchmaking) and I had a wonderful time! It was my first time speed dating and I was extremely nervous, but Jean-eva and her team were so great at making the atmosphere as relaxed as possible and they were all very accommodating. Jean-eva even made sure you knew exactly what to expect before arriving.I love the idea of meeting people without any huge expectations, stress or commitment, just a (very fast) few minutes to get a good feel for each other. This event did just that. Like I said, I was nervous initially, but very quickly got comfortable with talking to my dates. Overall, it was such a great experience and I will certainly be doing it again when the opportunity arises!Jean-eva is also my matchmaker. The second I started my initial phone call with her I knew she knew what she was talking about and that we would get along great. She is so knowledgeable about dating and everything to do with love! She is very confident, friendly, professional and passionate about what she does - she really does love helping people fall in love! However, what I find most important about her work is her determination and desire to help her clients love themselves first and find their own self worth before or on their journey of finding love in another person. What a wonderful thing to do for someone else.Anyways, I would obviously highly recommend Jean-eva‘s services, or at least her speed dating events! So much fun and love all around!

Working with Jean-Eva has been the most wonderful experience ~ being held in a higher vibe with love and that there truly is love for everyone, is a rare and incredible perspective to be embraced by. Jean-Eva embraces it and it shows in her brilliant matchmaking skills. Where to begin, Jean-Eva is such a pleasure to work with, she throws a killer event even amidst a pandemic.She is so knowledgeable and encourages you to step out of the box you’ve put yourself in and go out there and change your mindset up against the local dating culture.I was so nervous walking into my first ever speed dating event, she gave me some tips on where to look for speed dating information to prepare and when I arrived ready to throw up, she made me feel calm, welcomed and like I was the boss babe I know I am deep down! Recently attended my first virtual speed dating event which was very relaxing and fun! I was nervous going on multiple mini dates in one night, but it was very comfortable and well organized by Jean-Eva.

My first ever Speed Dating event on Saturday evening, a lot of fun meeting other singles, a great night out with lots of laughs/shy chatter. I really enjoyed the experience, time flew by and everyone there were great folks all round. Highly recommend the experience with Jean-eva with her team - warm and welcoming.

From what I have experienced working with Jean-eva, it is clear she has picked the right career path for herself. She is professional and gives very good advice that comes from first hand experience. Her speed dating events are well organized and she makes you feel comfortable. I enjoyed the event more than I thought I would! Thanks for pulling me out of my comfort zone.

Generally, a terrible experience. Have been a client of Jean-eva's for over a year, and I feel that I have not been given value for my time or money. She lacks the ability to take critique, and will resort personal attack/insult when confronted with reality.The operation is presented as sophisticated and calculating, yet when it comes down to it , I was offered virtually nothing. I was recommended going back to online dating on our first meeting, and was told she only had three matches for my desired criteria. It seems she still only has those three, after all this time.Most online dating sites are presented to clients in the same manner as this service. I.e. they promise everything and deliver nothing.If this was a restaurant, everything is a la carte and woefully inadequate. Do yourself a favor, save your money, forget the matchmaking service and try to meet someone through a friend who knows you.

Jean-eva is exactly who the city of Halifax needed when it comes to dating and matchmaking. Not only does she host fun events, she's very knowledgeable and produces related content on her podcast - The Book of Love. She's always available to offer advice, guidance and kind words as we all try to navigate the ups and downs of finding love.

I attended my first ever speed dating event hosted my Jean-eva this weekend and it was an enjoyable and relaxed time. As with any new experience, I was nervous about the event however, the positive vibe Jean-eva and her team provided really helped ease my nerves. The speed dating event was a really nice way to talk to men from different ethnicities, also. I am really impressed and satisfied with the service and event! I look forward to other dating events in the future:)
