I have read over some of these reviews about the owner and deeply sorry. I have worked here for over 7 years and I’d like to say we’ve had our ups and downs due to economy and under staffing. Yet that does not change the quality of our products and 100% guaranteed sterling silver. I’ve learnt that working in sales the customer has to always be pleased and satisfied. Was there today to buy some nose rings. The gentleman who helped me was so informative and knowledgeable. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for and could not have been more friendly. Great experience.

Brian has ALWAYS been so helpful to me, as well as all his employees!!! I refuse to shop anywhere else. I have been shopping here for the past 8 years and the jewelry is always amazing quality, and one of the ONLY places where I know it’s got to be as advertised because I never react to the metal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I am so upset that some people have left such horrible reviews as I can honestly say that this is not a true reflection of The Silver Mountain what so ever. There's a fellow named Brian who helped me choose which jewelry would be best for me. He helped me look through all his inventory for the sizes and styles I liked. He was very patient with my indecisiveness. Very calm demeanor and so helpful. I really appreciate his client service and the product they sell. Fantastic service, very helpful in assisting customers in finding the right sizes for their ear jewellery. The man at the booth helped measure my industrial to ensure it would fit correctly and was very knowledgeable on piercing maintenance. I will definitely be back

I was at the Silver Mountain today to pick up some body jewelry. Brian was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help me! I found everything I needed (and then some)! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends!

Spent $65 after the sale($80 value), promised me it was sterling silver because I’m extremely allergic. Wore them 4 hours yesterday, my ears are scabbed and bleeding, can’t get an earring into my left lobe first piercing. (Been pierced for 23 years) Not impressed. Don’t waste your money, these were probably $2 on a site like aliexpress.

I have purchased a nose ring from this location and it lost color within the first week of wearing it. When I went back and informed the owner, he told me it was due to my nose running? Unbelievable. So I purchased another one and same thing happened. I went back for the third time to get a more expensive one, in the hope it would last longer and not lose color. The gentleman working assured me that titanium would be the best thing and not get ruined. I accidentally got the wrong size and went I went back 2 hours later to ask for a bigger size, they refused to give it even though the jewellery was still in packaging and unworn. Very very disappointed with the quality and service. Would not recommend.

I came there yesterday to buy new piercings. I bought a plastic labret (i understand it’s plastic I’m just sensitive to some metals) that being said the labret didn’t even last 48 hours. I hardly moved it it just randomly fell out and realized the plastic bar split in half. I’m disappointedAnother issue was this guy with brown curly hair wearing a SnapBack hat was really rude. I wasn’t sure what size of bar I needed so I took a second to reply and he snapped at me saying “well what’s the piercing for your lip or what?” His tone was rude and seemed very uninterested in his job. It was unprofessional in my opinion

This is the best store to buy jewelry from! I have 21 piercings and all of them are from here. I haven’t ever had any problems and the older gentlemen who owns the store is super sweet and helpful. My mom even thinks he’s so sweet and would love to take him out!
