I have been a long time customer of Mr. Furnace. All the techs throughout the years have been personable and professional. Our most recent visit was no exception Matt F visited our home and completed our annual inspection, he gave us a thorough evaluation that passed with flying colors, but also informed us about the current rebates to go green and with our system getting older we will be receiving an estimate sooner than later. I had the pleasure of working with Matthew Froemchen for my A/C maintenance. He was very professional and completed the maintenance test very promptly and presented me with options for my aging A/C that were very appealing to me. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain how the test actually functions and what results are optimal for my A/C to be considered acceptable, for some one like me who was having this done for the first time since buying my home this was huge for me. I wanted to attach a picture to this review as well but for some reason I am unable to. Thank you so much Matt!

Mr. Furnace Heating and Air Conditioning
In the summer 2021 Matthew from Mr. Furnace installed a new heat pump at our place to be our primary source for heating and cooling. Matthew helped us select the best pump for our home, taking the time to explain the various options. He and his work mate were kind and respectful. They did a tidy and prompt install and took the time to patiently go over how to program our fancy new thermostat, which they also installed. They cleaned up all the scrap from the install and took care of our old broken A/C unit to boot.Couldn't be happier. I would gladly use their services again and definitely recommend them.

Matt F the technician was polite and knowledgeable. He noticed my humidifier wasn't working while performing my maintenance. I knew my throat and skin felt dryer than previous years. He found some debris clogging the water line. Great catch.

They have great service and we ended up purchasing a new furnace and AC unit with them. So far so good for the last 5 years. Installation was quick and professional. No complaints! Prices may be on the higher side but you get what you pay for. Would recommend them for sure.

Matt F came into my home because my furnace stopped working in the early morning. He was able to respond to my call within two hours. He was very knowledgeable and had my furnace running again in 30 minutes. He just needed to replace a part which he had in his van. The price I got charged was awesome and the service Matt provided was even better. If I have problems again I will call MR. Furnace and air-conditioning and ask for Matt. F

At the start of the winter season my furnace would not start. Matt F provided excellent service, and was able to get the heat turned on in my house quickly and identified the problem in minutes. He was very professional and would recommend him for all your service needs.

Mr Furnace installed our furnace 9 years ago. It's still running great thanks to their reliable warranty and annual maintenance plan. This year, Bryan M came out for us. He was polite and professional and gave us some great options to improve our indoor air quality. Great value and service!
