I had a flat tire after leaving work and had 2 very generous individuals at different times attempt to change my tire. Both had difficulty getting the wheel lock off. I googled tire shops close by and all seemed to be closed by 5:30pm. So I tried calling CAA but could not reach roadside assistance as I wasn’t a member. Eventually I found out the valve was leaking. I searched again for tire shops and found Tirecraft was open until 7. I contacted the shop just 20 minutes before they were closing and was told to come right away. The service I was given was absolutely amazing- professional, timely, extremely efficient and friendly! It was all fixed within 15 minutes. I was so stressed but it all worked out. I highly recommend this shop!

excellent service by the courteous staff, got rear brakes repaired due to an emergency cable that was holding a rear caliper on,metal on metal noise, very happy with the repair

Discovered a slow puncture on my rear passenger side yesterday.I recieved a prompt service from the awesome staff. It was all fixed within an hour, I did not have an appointment.Thank you guys, you saved my day.

Brought my genesis coupe here for a tire change. While waiting I was told a problem happened. Coming out into the shop I see one of my rays racing rims has been crushed. Shawn dunford told me the person doing the tire change forgot too put shims in the machine therefore crushing my rim. Shawn dunford told Me he would have it professionally repaired or get me a new set of rims. So I dropped the damaged rim off too Shawn. The very next day he tells me it's ready for pick up. All he did was color touch up paint over the crushed area. It looks awful and iv had 5 people turn down buying them because of the awful touch up paint job. Would never recommend this place. #1 how do they forget shims while changing rubber on nice rims. #2 I was lied too through the whole situation told it would be professionally repaired or I'd get a new set of rims. I have all these messages and emails saved.I will forever guide people away from this place. A simple tire change they messed upOh and just too add. he changed me 145$ after destroying one of my rims that's worth more then that. Unbelievable experience

Been coming to these guys for the last 5-6 years to change my winters. I will never go back. Consistently over booking resulting in AT LEAST a 2 hour wait each time. This time in particular I was told 1 hour tops and 2 1/2 hours later my truck was done. As far as their work goes, very poor and shady. Like i said me and my family will never come back.

Had a great experience on the phone and during my visit. Everybody from the front desk to the mechanic looking at my car was a pleasure to work with. They gave me a honest opinion of my car repairs and I got a good price on new tires. I will be back.

First off I don’t want to completely throw this company under the bus as I had been going to them for years. Actually bought tires for my vehicle there. But now I have to second guess all services they performed on my vehicles. Last December I scheduled an appointment to repair a slow leak on my tire. When the tech came into the waiting room to inform me of his diagnosis he stated that the tire is leaking at the bead and the TPMS is also leaking and stated I needed a new sensor. At that point I said “how come every time I come here I am replacing a sensor”? At that time the tech became aggravated and defensive. He took me out to the shop and when I said the sensor can’t be leaking the tech threw his clipboard onto his work bench and continued being aggressive towards me. I made my way back to the waiting area expressed my concerns to the manager that I wanted my tire put back on and I didn’t feel comfortable having the tech, who was very agitated at this time, work on my vehicle. During the discussion with the manager I made a comment that I had issues before here with sensors and never questioned it at which time the girl sitting at the reception desk laughed at me and shewed me away like an insect. Anyway, long story short. Took my vehicle to Cainsville tire and it cost me $39 bucks to remove the corrosion on my rim and stem and my tire hasn’t leaked since. If I wouldn’t have questioned the sensor needing replaced I would have had it done for over $60 dollars and would have been none the wiser. Be careful with this company. I will never go back.

I went to tirecraft to repair 2 of my winter tires. I was dealing with an older gentleman. I want to say Luke but can't recall. Best customer service I've had in awhile, we chatted like best friends. It was about a day or 2 wait time on the repair and he ended up calling me a few hours later saying they're ready. This will be my go to place for now on. 100 percent recommend.
