Love the staff at Cherie’s Beauty Salon! Everyone is super friendly and very professional. I have been going there since it opened. Mahi is a fantastic hairdresser and she does an amazing job on my hair every time! Vicki is also wonderful! I would highly recommend this salon to any of my friends or family!!

I love the technician that I go to here. Hailey is amazing. A professional, passionate, and honest about how things will look which I appreciate. I'd rather be told what I want won't work for a valid reason than walk away unhappy. The salon itself is so cute and cozy, haven't gotten a pedicure yet bit can't wait to sit in the cute throne chairs they have!

Even though this place opened up 7 months ago their stuff are broken. I got a pedicure at their place and the footrest was broken, so the poor technician had to hold it with her leg the whole time. It would force me to keep my feet suspended so I got home with a leg pain. I have a broken leg and it was the worst experience I ever had. Great nail technician though, I really liked the person who worked on my toes today and that’s the only reason my review gets 2 stars. She did everything she could to make me more comfortable and I have no complaints about her. She couldn’t leave the lamp on my toes and work on the other feet, because the footrest was broken and it doubled the time of the pedicure. I just don’t know why she didn’t change my seat unless all the footrests are broken because they are very cheaply made.The place looks cute but not functional at all. The chairs are just cute, uncomfortable to get in and out. The tub for your feet is too big so the footrest is too far and uncomfortable. They don’t have massage chairs for pedicure. The products they used weren’t good quality at all. My legs were so sticky and dry from the scrub. No lotion to massage your legs at the end and no cuticle oil. I won’t go back and don’t recommend this place.

While this salon has some lovely and talented staff, they don’t have any consideration for their clients’ time.The lash technician—who is also the owner—arrived 30 minutes late for my appointment and then took over FOUR HOURS to apply the lashes. I booked manicures/pedicures with my mum after my lash appointment, but unfortunately the technician finished an hour late and by the time I came out my mum’s mani/pedi were pretty much done. She then had to sit around and wait for two and a half hours while I had my nails done, which to the nail technician’s credit turned out great.I had these services done the day before I left for my wedding and I had several errands I had to run afterward. I arrived at 11:00am and was supposed to be done by 5:00pm. I did not leave the salon until close to 7:30pm (which is well after it closes) and was not able to complete said errands.I understand this place is new so perhaps they are still trying to find the balance between providing quality services and completing them in an acceptable timeframe. Maybe I’ll give them a try again in a year or so, but I was really unhappy with my experience.

I’ve been their returning customer. Today is my first time for 60 minutes facial service, which my husband bought me for mother’s day gift.I was freezing cold during the entire visit because the ac is just right on top of the table, so I asked for the blanket, the girl, who did my facial said no blanket. Ok I dealt with it.Until I was done, my husband said he didn’t expect me to come out early. Then he told me the session was supposed to be an hour and that’s what they advertised for.Before we complaint, we double checked how long the session was supposed to be? The lady at the reception told us it’s one hour.We told them my session got cut short by 15 min. The lady lied that we went in early, however, my husband did check the time as soon as we stepped into the store, which was 11:13 and my appointment was 11:15, and I was picked up couple minutes later.So she came out another reason that the process was completed and the time is just the reference. 1 hour doesn’t mean they have to do the service for full hour.My husband told her that if it’s just 5 minutes early we could understand that but 15 minutes is unacceptable.The lady said I was there before so I should know that and no customer complaint before.I told her I worked at the spa before, it’s not how that works!I told them I’ve been their loyal customer, and I’m very disappointed at this, so I won’t come back and she goes sure thank you.So be careful if you’re trying to book with them because it’s their company policy that the practice will definitely be shortened.

Cherie’s was recommended by my daughter who has been going there for about a year. I’ve now had three gel manicures by Katya and can’t say enough about how impressed I am! I can go four weeks in between manicures with not even a chip! Katya is amazing and has provided a professional experience on each of my visits! The decor is absolutely adorable!

I had hand gel and foot gel done. The lady did my hand nail quickly. Also she cleaned my cuticle really nice. Foot gel was done by different lady. She gave me a really nice foot massage and painted gel polish on my toe nails☺️ I’m not sure about other services but I’ll go back there again:)

They are so talented and friendly!Me and my boyfriend go once a month to get our nails done and the girls here are always so nice and professional. We have asked for many different designs and they always turn out amazing, even on my boyfriends tiny nails. 10/10 can not recommend enough! <3

This is an awesome little gem. We went for Mother’s Day mani/pedi for my daughter and mother in law.We spent about 3 hours and the service was fantastic. They took the time to go over every little detail.I would highly recommend
