This location has amazing customer service! All the ladies made me feel welcome and comfortable and checked on me every time I needed help with my measurement, getting me another size, and giving me their honest opinion on an item! So far this has been the only bra store I've been to where I didn't feel lost LOL the store was super neat and organized. I left the store feeling confident and extremely happy with my purchase!!! I will be coming back for more!!!!!!!

Never buy swimsuit tops from them. I wore the bathing suit top once for 5 hours tanning and the wire popped out of the top and started stabbing me. I can no longer wear it. I contacted customer service immediately and they haven’t replied. I commented on their page and they asked me to reach out to them, which I did and still no reply. This is literally ridiculous it’s been since JULY. So unprofessional. I didn’t even want my money back, just a replacement top.

The service was friendly. The shop was a bit crowded with stuff and made moving around a bit tough. Was able to try things on. Purchased what I needed. Good overall.

I went in to shop and I wasn’t greeted nor even asked if I needed help, instead the two employees working decided to stand near the dressing room talking to each other. The girl who came in after me, wasn’t even greeted or asked if she needed any help. After their conversation was done, one of the employees started sweeping while the other girl and I were looking at the bras and decided to sweep by us saying excuse me. That’s the only interaction we got. I was planning on buying bras today, but thought the myself why waste my money when clearly their conversations were more important then helping the customers. As I’m looking through the reviews this seems to be a common issue. Very disappointed in this store, wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Spend your money somewhere else.

The first time I bought a bra there I was so disappointed. I wanted a wireless bra for comfort, and ironically the bra I bought is the most uncomfortable bra I've ever had and the sides of the bra sticks out intensly. Months later I try again, I buy a different kind of bra but still wireless and it seemed good in the store but once I wore it for a day the sides of it sticks out and you can't wear anything tight or else you'll see the terrible bra sticking out like you bought it from Dollarama. I wasted 70$ here.

Went to shop here last night, and nobody offered help or even acknowledged I was there, until I went to pay. I may have bought more, but the 4 staff “working” were too interested in gossiping about people and talking about vaping than helping the few customers that were in the store. Never had this problem when La Senza was around.

Unbelievably terrible service. I listened to a group of employees talk about whether or not it's better to buy matching appliances or wait until the 2nd appliance is needed and thus end up with a mix matched set. All the while I was looking through racks, reaching high above my head looking for sizes on the top rack being completely ignored. What is wrong with these clueless employees? Ugh. I will gladly shop elsewhere.

Never greeted when I entered the store. Was looking for somebody to get help, lady in the cashier just looked at me, never said a word, not even a smile. Cold staff, not helpful at all. Walked out of the store and not coming back ever.

Consistently terrible service at this location. Thank god Victoria’s Secret is open again so I don’t need to feel so awkward and treated coldly here anymore
