Amazing desk service and all of the workers there move quickly and professionally. They take you ahead of time, if they are ahead of schedule. They give you one-on-one care from the moment you enter the facility to the moment you leave. They will even sign you in so you don't have to scan your barcode (via your email) when you enter. They will scan you (no matter the type of scan) with ease and explain each step, for you, along the way. They are costly but they are WORTH IT!!! Your doctor will receive his/her results very quickly. This place is, bar none, one of the best in the scanning industry.

Very nice experience.Very clean environment and very quick service, it's all online and no delay. Very transparent.They showed the scan and verified it, payment kiosk is very smooth.

Great experience, impressive high tech. Great customer service. Nice awesome technicians Nhu and Mike with clear instructions. Made me feel relax, it's appreciated. Very fast.My only comment would be... someone on the phone said the entrance to the building was at the side, parallel to Courtneypark Dr. It's not, instead, it is by the front, parallel to Hurontario St.Keep up the good work!

I came in for an xray.At the entrance, there is a kiosk machine that I was asked to register on. This machine is exposed to anyone in line (there was a person behind me) that can read my personal information and the medical reason I came in for.Not sure why anyone in the room needs to know who I am and why I came in.I would appreciate some privacy, thank you.I will not be coming back.

Everything went exactly as advised; communication was 10/10. Aman was so clear in all instructions about the scan. What a well run clinic. It’s difficult to use/manipulate the images but I guess I’m not a technician. A good experience at a very troubling time for me.

Amrita, Mike and Heidy as staff were polite and helpful, couldn't have asked for more. Very clean environment. However, the cost for x rays were high for my visit, considering it's a machine that does the scan automatically which in turn does most of the work for the technicians. I'd say the price can be adjusted to be economically affordable. Also, normally the surveys are optional but in this case I felt it was a requirement in the way I was strongly encouraged to do it.

Donnette was such a sweet receptionist, she was able to help squeeze my sister into the schedule even though we showed up on the wrong date. She didn’t have to go out her way but she did! and for this I am very grateful. Exceptional service! I will definitely be back

All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficent. My scan for possible dental implants took just a few minutes. A pleasant experience!
