I had the worst experience ever going to this Canada post location this is my second time going to pick up my package but unfortunately the system is down “again”and the only answer they give me was “ there’s nothing we can do come in another time” like I called no one answer the phone, came twice!! and What about you calling your IT team to fix the system and don’t waste your customers time! the person behind the counter was rude when I said my package is going to be send back she said “it is what it is I can’t do anything if the system is down” how is that an answer to a customer that you are affecting for your lack of good service, you are holding something that belongs to me and probably will send it back if I don’t picked up. I work in customer service and I do understand situation like this but, this is not the approach for something that is affecting your customers. You offer options to customers to compensate the aggravation. she should be coached and how to handle and troubleshoot scenarios. Leaving the store I asked an employee to talk to a supervisor and he took my parcel information to hold it for me. That wasn’t that hard to do. Right??

I send an average 10 packages internationally exclusively from Canada post. This is the worst location.Friendly yes(same as all other locations) slow moving line due to slow paced staff. Unwilling to do paperwork... asking me to use my phone and do it myself... Thanks but no thanks. I'll go to every other location as of now. Where I have not been asked to do this nonsense...

They work very slowly. Their employees are very bad. They are lazy.

Standard postal service, I just went to mail a letter, everything goid

Staff here are efficient. No issues dropping off returns. Plenty of parking and not that busy.

My first time sending mail via Canada Post was a bad experience. I sent an important domestic letter via Canada Post I wanted to send it with a tracking number but the person who worked there suggested me do not need to, so I listened and then they ended up lost my letter. So I don’t know where it’s know. I contacted Canada post and was told they can not do anything for my case.

Very professional and friendly staff. I come here very often and I am always treated with courtesy and respect. It is the best Canada Post location out there.

extremely rude person at the counter. have been going here for past several months. went today after sometime. the new person was very very rude.
