Environmental plumbing was a great first time experience. Gary was very kind, funny and knowledgeable, gave me a quote over the phone for free and was very transparent about service costs and what would need to be done. I looked around at other places and Gary had the best deal and the best customer service.The plumber Dan was very kind and willing to explain what he was doing along the way. He was on-time, very quick and efficient! He was also wearing two masks which i genuinely appreciated.There was a small billing payment mix-up but Dan called me right away to clarify, and then Gary called me afterwards to make sure it was properly cleared up!Absolutely stellar experience!

Gary Greco, owner, and his employees have a super strong work ethic: they are honest, professional, accommodating, responsive and do quality work. Gary provided all the choices, gave professional advice, contacted suppliers to get the specs, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right, even insisting to check it personally because he had a doubt about one installation detail. Highly recommended.

These guys are phenomenal. Even though the plumbing/draining issue wasn't resolved on the first visit, they referred me to a professional that was able to resolve it. What I was very impressed with was Miguel's diligence in trying to fix the issue, his friendly manner and then Gary who I spoke with on the phone who was very considerate and understanding of the whole ordeal. Gary and his coworker replaced a faucet in our bathroom. Prior to hiring Gary, I spoke to him more than once on the phone and via text about the issue I was having and he gave sound advice, free of charge, which was sincerely appreciated. He quoted the job and stuck with that estimate when the job was finished. The price Gary quoted was more than fair and the work was finished very quickly, cleanly, and most importantly, effectively. I would hire Gary and Environmental Plumbing again and would recommend him to friends and neighbours. Thank you Gary and EP (sorry I don't recall the other plumber's name but he was great too!)

This is the second time we have called Environmental Plumbing since we discovered them in 2020. Service is friendly, prompt, professional and very skilled. Gary came out the first time and Daniel was here yesterday. What I really like is that Gary does excellent trouble-shooting over the phone. They have my trust and I have them on speed-dial. No problem from us in recommending them!
