I asked them for a fork they asked did you order from here i said no the manager slash owner said no ! I found it funny your customer service and bussiness sense is horrible i told him fir 3 cents you would lose a future customer his response was 10cents ahah now its no cents for life good work

Abrupt service with no smile. The utensil area was dirty and we had a hard time finding clean forks.The pulled pork poutine had a light dusting of pulled pork, enough to look like it was sufficient but was sadly lacking in quantity.I will not be back.

Somehow, despite there being a line up of 4+ people in front of us, we ended up with a small portion of cold, soggy fries in our poutine tonight. Disappointing!

Over $18 for a chili cheese dog and small fries. A hotdogs worse than 7/11 with about 5 beans and some watered down cheese sauce. Paired with soggy fries and $2 of aoili. Never again.

Terrible. The staff are nice but the owner is terrible, insulting and unbearable. Slim pickings at the foodcourt so against my better judgment went to NY Fries. I asked for my receipt and he not only through me my receipt but the merchant copy aa well! When I said I only needed mine, he stated that I must like receipts and through the receipt at me again.Also, no ketch up, stale bread. TERRIBLE.

NEVER AGAIN!! The guy I believe is the owner is just rude. My husband asked for ketchup and he was passed one small baggie. He offered to pay for additional ketchup but was refused. Luckily A&W was nice enough to give him some more ketchup free of charge...Edit... my boy wanted New York fries so grudgingly I ordered them after bowing to never return. Still NO improvement. There’s a reason for the low rating this business has. Buddy snuck me a small fries after charging 6.49 for a medium. No friendly smiles here. The place is junk

Years ago I had an awful experience with the owner. Came back against better judgement and the owner still has a terrible attitude. I found a piece of plastic in my fries, the staff remade them but the owner insinuated I put it in myself and was very rude.

I never say bad usually but after a long day of work, i decided to try NY fries I regret doing it. Fires were soggy and cold and tasteless. I will not recommend anyone to go for this place. Spend around 10$ for nothing. Also after eating I feel like puking out. I had to threw more than half of it. I will say it was my first and last time and also i will never recommend any of my friends & colleagues to visit this store. Thank you!

Well, were do I begin. Watery cheese sauce on the veggie fries" which only included green onions - they were out of mushrooms and tomatoes and thoughtfully told us that after we ordered and paid for it. NO DISCOUNT
