Not exaggerating, Paradiso has some of the best pizza we've had this side of Montreal (where a 35+ year establishment has one our lifelong favourite pizzas!) but we don't get back often to enjoy & you even have Jumbo size like they have there too! We are from an hour out of the city but have reason to come to the area at least once, if not twice a month. We almost always stop at the Division St. or Perth Rd. locations to get a couple pizzas or slices to come home. It hits perfectly every single time.We have not tried anything else on the menu, but if it's held to the standard that the pizza is, it must be delicious too!Both locations have friendly (the young woman behind the counter @ the Division location is a gem!) staff & a nice environment. Our pizzas (we've had probably 15-20 pizzas from here in the last almost year, which was when we first found this place) have always been exactly as ordered and waiting for us within the time frame given! They are delcious hot & fresh on the way home but also yummy cold & reheats great too. We purposely order big pzzas so we'll have leftovers because you can never have to much pizza...especially this pizza!We will return time & time again!

We visited this place on a road trip from Ottawa a year ago and had the best pizza. However when we stopped by recently to grab a slice the pizza was awful. We stopped in around 7 pm and are pretty sure we were served slices left over from lunch.

This is the last time we will order a pizza! We were very disappointed a year ago and decided to try again. Pizza was terrible. Very little sauce with little taste. Cheese was skimpy and hard. Crust was mediocre. Toppings were plentiful. But that is all you tasted.

Not sure if there’s new management recently, but I’ve been ordering from this location for at least 5 years now and the last handful of times have been really disappointing. They have given us cold deep fried pickles, a dough ball that was rock hard ( a knife couldn’t even cut through it) and they’ve forgotten items multiple times now. I don’t think we’ll be ordering from here again.

Came here for a quick slice pizza during our son's basketball tournament. The pizza was old and tasted like it was microwaved. There was a staff member just sitting at their bar on their phone and the tables and floor were disgusting. It was also doubling as a convenience store, which made ordering take longer while people bought grocery items. You can tell the place was recently built but it already looks run down and unmaintained by management.

I made an online order supposed to be ready for pickup 30 min later. Got there, the woman at the counter search for my order and came back saying they mix up the orders and that it's going to take 10 to 15 minutes more than expected. I didn't complained, human make mistakes but finally got the order not 10-15 minutes later but 30 minutes later. Got home, the crust was dry, the sauce tasted weird, almost no toppings or cheese. Not going back ever.

I’m impressed with the pizza we ordered! The family combo is a great idea but I do not thinkThat these are a large salad, onion rigs and mozzarella stick! Very disappointed for 81$

Needed something quick for dinner a few weeks ago, and ordered a large poutine from here. Had a bit of a wait as I came in at a busier time (I think it was around 15-20 minutes). Poutine wasn't bad for a quick bite, but the gravy was a but thicker than I'd prefer. Cost was similar to most other places I've got poutine from in the past, so I cant judge their price vs quality off of just that, but I'll have to come back and try a bit more of the menu and make a more accurate review of their pricing and quality.

So we ordered from Paradiso as it was listed with awards. I’m not certain what the award is for but it’s not the pizza. We used the sharpest knife and still couldn’t cut that crust. I have no clue how anyone could manage to make such a tough crust. My father was so frustrated. The toppings were fine and fresh but that crust makes it impossible to eat. We will never order from them again.
