Incredibly rude staff. I've never been yelled at by a customer service worker for THEM handing me a wrong order. 4/5 times something is wrong with the order, coffee instead of tea, cold food and drinks, missing hashbrowns/muffins/doughnuts, etc. Save yourself some brain cells and go to the tims by superstore.

Staff is noisy yelling while talking to each other? Can’t understand what they are saying. Couple of the male workers need to invest in perfume? They smelled so poorly we could not even sit near the cash register area. Think I’ll visit another store. This one sure changed..

5 staff, 2 sitting at a table in uniform while line of 3, all speaking non-english (other customers talking down so blended a bit). Just an ice cap, was good, but took way too long & seemed like minority did majority of the work.

This is not the first time I have ordered a Latte and it tastes like regular coffee with a bit of frothy milk on top. Very watery. Can't drive back with it!! As I said not the first time but now the last time. Tim's has been going downhill now for a few years since the takeover and it just keeps going down. Used to be my go to coffee shop, not anymore.

I avoid this location as much as I can. The staff are rude, they rush you, they have zero customer service skills (never greets or smile), they make you wait by the speaker in the drive thru until the car in front of you leaves the window, and on top of that they closed one of the lines.Please don’t reply asking me to call to a number. Instead, fix the internal issues with that particular location.They could learn from the one in Comox. They are amazing, always friendly with excellent customer service.

Used to be good, I’ve been going to this location every weekend for a year and it’s fast food so i don’t expect much. Lately they’ve been not listening at the drive through, forgetting combos and when i say they forgot something like when i order a dozen donuts and they forget to add it to the order, they make me go around again instead of correcting the order at the window. Just getting frustrated with the lack of communication at this location it feels like some of the staff might not speak english well enough to be working the drive through

Too many people hanging around the place. Uncomfortable clientele. Other than that, the roll up the Rim is what brought me back here.I make my own coffee at home.

Worst service ever. Had to repeat my order 5 times. They made the wrong food after we expressed an allergy. Had to repeat how to make a earl grey tea. Watched 2 other orders being made wrong and a customer almost in a fight with the employee who spoke very poor English after she iblt received hot water with no tea bag. Strongly recommend not to go to the Lerwick location EVER!!!!

I usually go to this location maybe once a week to grab breakfast and was not impressed at all with how fast they want to get rid of you at their window and collect their money. They don't give you a chance to put the hot beverage back in cup holder or don't even speak English in background.I went today to grab a sandwich and had my worst health related experience. I am typing this review as I am shaking in bed after puking my guts out. Thank you for surpassing my expectations and Remember if they don't care about their services, they don't care either about their food safety.
