The only nice thing I can say about these clowns is that they're friendly while they're not actually doing what they're supposed to be doing (or even what they say they're doing). I have a small business account here; it's taken two visits and three phone calls to update the mailing address, two visits and five phone calls to set up online banking (which still doesn't work because apparently they forgot" to activate something)

The hours on Google are incorrect and have been for all of Covid…it says the bank closes at 8 pm, but it was closes when I got there at 5:30Please update your hours

Very inviting staff, always a joy to come here...... However if you happen to have an appointment with Devon do your best to switch it. If you can not switch it, go to another branch. Not only will he waste your time and talk down to you he also talked negatively about previous employee's I have dealt with.
