I few weeks ago I entered the shop for the first time. I was surprised how large it was inside and how much stuff they had. Very Impressive. I was looking for some eucalyptus leaves on stem as I was feeling nostalgic. This was the 3rd florist shop I had gone to. The lady who served me was so pleasant and helpful. Definitely a place I want to go back to. Last week, I chatted with a friend who was going through a lot of life transitions and decided to sent her some flowers. I ordered an arrangement on-line with Floral Fixx and it was exactly as seen -- so beautiful. I would highly recommend this place - it has a lot of class.

Rented floral stands and returned them in good condition, with no concerns from the employee when she received. Four days after the event we were emailed a picture showing one stand was damaged (the metal was literally sheared off) and threatened with an additional charge to our credit card. The owner called and stated that it doesn’t matter how long after the event they notice damage (what audacity). So, my suggestion is to be aware when renting from Floral Fixx. If something is damaged in house after it’s returned, you will be arbitrarily charged.

Outstanding and friendly service. I can never recommend any other florist because our experience with them was just THAT great. When all the other vendors were losing their minds and getting snarky during covid, The Floral Fixx was consistently friendly, patient and accommodating. They got everything we ordered right, were on time, and they are just the nicest people. 100%!

Not only are their flowers SO GORGEOUS, the customer service/client experience that The Floral Fixx provides is phenomenal! My partner and I planned an elopement during the COVID pandemic when restrictions were constantly changing and had lots of questions about flowers that The Floral Fixx was super quick to respond to and help me figure out the best option for my scenario. I shared a couple ideas/inspiration with them for the bouquet and boutonnière I ordered, and the end results far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend The Floral Fixx if you're looking for a florist!

Loved my wedding bouquet for my elopement wedding during Covid. However, they forgot the groom’s boutonnière and had to make it quickly on spot. It didn’t really match my flowers.

Do NOT rent from Floral Fixx. Should be zero stars. Rented items for an event and days after they were returned, in perfect condition, received an email saying they were damaged and that they were charging my card for the cost to replace. The manager, Julie, was unnecessarily disrespectful when we called for an explanation. This shows very poor management and lack of care for their own property. There are many other places in Winnipeg to rent from which will give you better service.
