It seems I'm in the minority here but I've been waiting for at least 2 months for these guys to confirm an appointment, and this is even after calling them 3 times to see if they were still planning to see me. 1 star for lack of customer service. If you can get them to bother calling you back, it sounds like they do great work!

It was a pleasure dealing with the team at Steri-mobile! We contacted them regarding mold in our attic. Friendly and professional, they provided a fair quote in a timely manner and went over and above to make sure the job got done right. It’s a true family business, and brothers Scott & Tim take great pride in their work and ensuring their customers’ satisfaction. I highly recommended their services, you won’t be disappointed!

Great honest service will definitely use there services in the future

I contacted Steri Mobile for a Cigarette Odour removal and saw they did Mold removal also. I called and spoke to Bob who told me his son Tim does mold and he does smoke removal. He told me he'd get back to me later that day to confirm a time of when they could come look at the job. I called back the next day and was told he'd get back to me. 2 days went by with no response. Since they had good reviews and I understand everyone is busy these days, I called Bob again and he confirmed he'd get back to me by the next day. 5 days had gone by with no reply so I decided to find someone else. Bob called me back on the 6th day to say he can come by later that week. I advised him I had to find someone else since I never heard back from him. Bob began to yell and me on the phone so loudly the person beside me jumped. I explained he was my first choice since they specialized in smoke removal, which he then proceeded to tell me they don't do anymore. The original quote by phone was about 5000$, as Bob continued viciously yell at me, he said you want a quote then it's 8000$." After that I hung up the phone

I highly recommend this company. Scott provided an honest, detailed estimate that did not break the bank account. Scott and Cat worked extremely hard and when they were done, my attic looked like new again.totally impressed.Excellent client service , warranty their work and remain true to their word.

It's my second time using Bob, Tim, and Scott for mold remediation. They did a fantastic job on my project and i'm a real estate professional so I can definitely tell them difference between amateurs and pros. They provide great value for their service and are always quick to quote and do the job in a timely fashion. I don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs air quality pros!
