Great service We were in the falls on March 18 and when we woke up noticed there was a nail or screw in our tire and the tire was getting flat so we went here and we were able to get in right away. The guy that was in had it done within 20 minutes if that....He was friendly and did a great job.

They are the nicest people ever. Really kind and helpful. Thank you again guys

Very good customer service, they offered to keep the shop open an extra half hour to give me time to come after work, very accommodating and they look at for what’s best for the customer!

They are soo rude, I canceled my appointment to get my car fixed, cause I found a cheaper place, then Marvin just hung up on me without saying thank u or anything. Im not Really impressed with his attitude. I WILL NOT be goin there anymore.When I called to reschedule my 8am appointment, Marvin was giving me attitude. He told me he'll reschedule my appointment for the same time 8am. And Marvin said ok ill book u you in and he said You better fricken be here" to me. is that how you talk to your customers specially when I was about to pay you guys $1100? And no I'm still mad. I actually called your head office about this situation. I will not be returning to active green n Ross Lundy lane. I'll come back

Been coming here for years, this will be my 3rd set of snow tires purchased here. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back again in the future.

We had our rent a car fan cover broken The owner and the mechanics were so nice. Great people. Not taking advantage of situations. They knew we were just visiting. They didn’t even charge us any single cent. I was amazed of their kindness. Thanks guys! You are all awesome. Definitely recommend to all friends.

Made an appointment, was greeted on time, offered additional needs to my repairs with recommendation and completed everything ahead of the estimated time. Paid 1/3 of what the dealership charges. I’m a new customer for ever. What a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go bake to get my brakes done.

Needed an oil change badly. Finished work early on a Saturday and saw on the website that they were open until 5pm. Showed up to a closed building. Paper on door says hour changes due to COVID. How many years ago did they change and why isn’t the website updated???

I have been to this shop several times over the years with no issues until today. Guy broke the end of a lugnut and tried telling my husband that it was swollen so he broke on purpose. In actual fact it's obvious that they used the wrong size socket which shredded the lugnut. My husband just did the brakes recently and the truck hasn't been driven since. It was NOT swollen prior to going in. No discount offered, nothing...they screwed up and won't take ownership of their mistake. Apparently they also are under new ownership so that explains things. Previous guys were amazing! Won't be going back... Active Green and Ross is no longer...don't go there!

Andrew squeezed in my oil change last minute on a weekend right before closing. Price was fair, work was quick and professional and they never tried to upsell me for a second on my POS which does need other stuff. Kudos to them. Honest, fair and good work. Thanks!!!
